I had the Goddess package, which includes a facial reflexology treatment as well as a foot reflexology treatment, and it was absolutely heavenly! Ivona has a wonderfully calm, kind presence and really caters to helping make your treatment tailored to you and your needs. After my treatment, I felt like I was walking on a cloud - it was the most relaxing experience I've had in a while! Would highly recommend.

I had a facial cupping treatment recently at the Opal Reflexology. The name of the treatment doesn’t necessarily reflect how pleasant and relaxing this experience was. My skin was left feeling rejuvenated. It felt silky smooth to touch and looked radiant for days after the treatment. It really made me realise the benefits this treatment would offer on regular basis. The treatment room felt like a mini sanctuary as it is situated in a beautiful garden setting. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing thanks to Ivona’s welcoming and calming approach. I highly recommend Opal Reflexology!

An oasis of tranquility and relaxation is the best way to describe Opal Reflexology. From the moment you walk through the lovely garden to the delightful treatment room, the relaxation is immediate. Ivona is highly knowledgable and beautifully explains each treatment, how it will be applied and the benefits… I have had facial and foot reflexology as well as facial cupping… it is safe to say I have snoozed each time so restorative are the treatments.. the results were immediately visible to see, after the cupping my skin felt so nourished and smooth..an absolute gem of a place in SE London… cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a lovely treatment at Opal Reflexology recently. It was just what I needed after a stressful few months. I was after an anti ageing facial treatment and I couldn't believe how relaxed and rejuvenated I felt afterwards. The whole process from booking to the consultation and treatment was throughly professional. And Ivona really makes you feel at ease from the initial contact with her. All in all a blissful experience and one which I hope to repeat very soon.

I cannot recommend the Zone Face Lift by Ivona at Opal Reflexology highly enough. The treatment room has low lighting, soft music and a very comfortable bed. Having the Zone Face Lift is incredibly relaxing, all the tensions of the day drift away and I leave each session feeling completely calm and grounded. I had a package of 12 sessions which included facial exercises to do at home. Throughout the duration of the sessions my skin became so soft and felt more nourished. My breakouts stopped and, especially combined with the exercises, felt firmer - most noticeably around my eyes and jawline. Importantly, having these sessions significantly increased my mental wellbeing. My mind was calmed, I feel less stressed and so much happier within myself. I will definitely be continuing sessions with Ivona, she has healing hands! Highly recommended.
