Arrived earlier today and was greeted by a very friendly and polite guy at the reception. I was new to the place and was kindly shown to the lockers and where the sauna was. It is a calm and relaxing place with soft music as opposed to others I have visited. Other visitors very pleasant. This place is clean and the guy in the lounge was very friendly and polite. A+++ for a great venue 👌

Good value £20, you pay around £13 for only a hour at a leisure centres. Here you can stay as long as you like. Small sauna, bigger steam. Lounge area with coffees etc. Can get busy later in the day, but quietish when it opens at 11.30am.

Dear fellow friends , I normally don’t leave reviews but having read some unfair comments from other guys thought drop a line or so to give a more clear picture and honest review about Portsea sauna I have been going to Portsra sauna for more than 10 years , staff are so polite and friendly , place always clean , they offer good quality massage, normally 4 massage therapists on duty every day and some of them are qualified physiotherapists!! They do offer complementary hot drinks tea or coffee as many as you wish.They do play very gentle music so not annoying at all As a location Portsea based near Marble Arch Station they do get good number of tourists too I see why some guys leave a negative reviews , beacause Portsea always has been popular with mature professional businessmen who appreciate quality ,manners, politeness and discretion, and ofcourse their genuine younger admirers. If you are looking for tall handsome Guys with six pack Portsea is not for you go somewhere else but if you enjoy good quality massage and enjoy the company of mature professional gentlemen then Portsea definitely is the right place for you . Some young guys leave a negative review about older gents. Come on guys that is discrimination and it’s against the law and humanity soon or late we all get old so please respect others and have some humility. I Take this opportunity to thank Portsea staff and management to treat us with respect and good manners and big thank you to their massage therapists for great service they offer . Gentlemen please don’t get mislead by unfair reviews please pay a visit to Portsea I promise you would become a their regular clients Stay happy as life is very precious. .

The best sauna place ever i really like this sauna the reception staff are extremely helpful and very friendly to talk too. They have one of the Best massage Guys in town. I have tried each one of them they all very good and definitely make you relaxed. I would recommend this sauna the best sauna for London :)

I hadn’t been to this sauna for some time until my recent visit. There has been few or little change apart from the inflated entry which has increased from £18 to £19. This puts it on a par with Chariots Vauxhall; entry at £20 but with reduced price between noon and 3pm on Monday to Thursday and a concessionary price of £18 for those with a Freedom Pass or under 25; Pleasuredrome £18; Sailors £18 with some concessions and Early Bird reduction on some days + Free Sunday Lunch; The Stable £19. You could drop Portsea into these establishments at least three to four times over. They also have far superior facilities including larger steam rooms and saunas, more lockers, more restrooms as well as Jacuzzis. I arrived just after lunch and there were about 10 other bathers, mostly in the 50 to 70 age bracket. At around 16:30 a few more people arrived and the place began to get a bit full and uncomfortable (there are around 30 lockers, which when in full use means that the facilities are “swamped”). Not a place I would wish to frequent too often although they do give you free tea or coffee and a couple of custard creams and it is close to the West End. The staff were friendly and pleasant. I did not take-up the offer of a massage.

Just trying to put an honest review about this place ,I have been going to Portsea for almost 10 years as I have a back problem and need a massage once a week Place is small and run by genuinely friendly people , very happy and hard working guy keeps the place tidy and clean , I have been To so many places this place suits my needs. Its cozy , perfectly located near Marble Arch station and very discreet ,Many professional mature gentleman use Portsea So that speaks for its quality , no loud music , also they offer complimentary hot drinks . Also as I have massage at Portsea once a week , massage therapists are professional and quialified , hardworking and friendly they never ever ask for extra tip ,although I normally tip them just to thank them , Peace to all Thank you Portsea

I know the market for this place are mature guys but I'm surprised that I had a good time! I'm 24 by the way and a fan of hard massage. They have great professional therapists and I would personally recommend the Polish guy who is a chiro. The Italian therapists are also good (and did I say hot?). The steam room and sauna are pretty decent and generally people around are nice. Chill with a cup of brewed coffee to cap off your stay. And of course I am not forgetting Leonardo at the reception who has a great smile and a nice bun on the head. Such a sweetie that I look forward to seeing again.

I visited Portsea Sauna for the first time. I was in London for a business trip and had a crazy week so I decided to go there to have a relaxing time before my flight. Leonardo at the reception was absolutely lovely - handsome and friendly too. The massage therapist (Luciano? Sorry if I got it wrong) was very good, I’m really glad I decided to have that massage! Nice steam room and sauna as well. I’ll definitely go back again. Thanks guys :)

I liked this place a lot. Sure, it's compact, but that seems to add to the intimacy of the place. The Steam Room is certainly the place where all the public action happens, though there are private rooms for anyone who is shy. Perhaps the biggest omission is that there isn't a jacuzzi. I certainly intend to go again. I just with they would introduce a 'No Towels' day (like most other male saunas). For me, it makes a visit extra-exciting!

I love Sauna bar, what do u expect from sauna? . Yew it is small, but u got everything there I like because other big sauna people is just hide or walk arond. So this one perfect and easily have sex. ;-)

Can highly recommend the massage, both of the guys who I have used are totally professional, great with there hands and are always careful when applying the correct amount of pressure so as not to cause any discomfort. As I said at the beginning, Highly Recommend.
