I have done 3 ITEC diploma at Richdales. All the teachers on the courses have been really great! They are really supportive and go out there way to help. It's only when you do CPD Courses and meet students from other schools that you realise how lucky you are to have done your Diploma Course at Richdales - you can really see the difference ! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my ITEC diploma courses :-)

I completed the ITEC Diploma in Massage and Aromatherapy at Richdales Institute, as I have always been interested in natural skincare and alternative methods. My experience has been great and I feel as if I have gained an amazing support system, even now, after I have completed the course! The tutors have been incredibly supportive and dedicated and despite them all having additional roles outside of Richdales, I honestly felt as though it never interfered with my learning and progression. If anything, it helped bring more expertise and life experience to the training. To top it off, during the course I had an unfortunate and very difficult life event occur. The tutors and Course Director was extremely understanding and accommodating. It is rare to find an establishment which puts the needs and well-being of their students first. Looking for a proper Massage Therapy School in London I decided to choose Richdales Institute. I started with ITEC Diploma in Massage and I continued with Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage. This helped me a lot in my work but also opened new opportunities in my career. I am very happy with my choice as my expectations have been exceeded. Very good trained and ready to help teachers, professional environment and a well balanced course structure and workload. I completed the Level 3 Sports Massage course. The regular classes over an extended period of time allowed me opportunity to consolidate my learning, meaning that as soon as I finished the course I felt ready to practice. I enjoyed the face to face learning experience. The lecturers at Richdales were all very supportive. Since completing the Level 3 Sports, I’ve returned to do other CPD courses through Richdales and intend to keep doing so to keep learning new skills as a therapist.

Two years ago I wanted a complete career change and decided that pursing massage was for me. I did a lot of research and finally decided to contact Richdales about their training. Their response was quick, friendly and very helpful. They offered a free class sit in before signing up so you could decide if the course was for you. I didn’t do this, but decided that with their 100% pass rate, free parking, weekend classes, realistic time structured courses and a hospital venue; they seemed the only college I wanted to sign up with, so I did. I haven’t looked back, I went from a complete beginner doing my level 3 holistic, to sports levels 3, 4 and 5; achieving distinctions in all. I put this down to many things, the small classes, the time you were given to complete the course, but the main reason was the amazing tutor that I had. She is brilliant and a real credit to Richdales, I can’t praise her enough. All the tutors are great and all the lovely people I met on the courses continued their education with Richdales because of the high standard of training you get with Richdales. Along with the courses I have completed, I have also attended CPD days for Thai and hot stone massage and would recommend them as well. I would strongly recommend anyone to do their training with Richdales, it’s been an amazing two years of my life and have loved every second.

I didn't have any background in massage or even know London too well so it was a lucky fluke I ended up at Richdales, starting in 2017. I started with holistic, then sports 3. I continued to level 4 but by that stage I was working in a hospital with physios and occupational therapists and signed up to do OT myself, so missed the exams. Carrie was my main tutor, can't thank her enough for all the drilling. Rishi would swoop in to make sure we were exam ready. Corina was always very helpful in the office. Really, an excellent team. I have heard awful stories from other therapists about how much they paid for courses and the lack of support regards exams etc with other institutions around London. This is not one of those institutions, they really know their stuff and know well how to make you exam ready. Would definitely recommend and will check them out myself again for cpd courses down the line.

My experience with Richdale institute started last year when I studied level 3 sports massage therapy. It was such a wonderful experience. The course was so well structured and the learning material easy to understand. we had a lot of support from our wonderful tutor. She is one of the best teachers I have ever had and she made the experience so enjoyable. As a tutor she is so attentive and supports her students to the maximum. After level 3 , I enrolled on level 4 ( which is about to end). I have learned so much at level 4 and I feel much more confident as a therapist. After graduation, I believe that I will excel in my field because the quality of teaching at Richdale is absolutely outstanding. I can’t thank my tutor enough for all the hard work she has put in to ensure we become competent and confident therapists . I chose Richdales as from my research they seemed professional and comprehensive, which was confirmed having trained in holistic massage and sports massage levels 3, then 4. The teaching is of a high standard, engaging and class sizes aren't too big. Having spoken with level 4 trained therapists from other colleges, it appeared that we had gone in to more detail and in my opinion, were trained to a higher standard. To learn this subject well takes time and I would advise against a 'fast track' course.

I took ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage and ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage Course and I highly recommend these courses to everyone. Richdales Institute provides CPD courses as well and I had a chance to take Baby massage course. I enjoyed all these courses and my expectations were exceeded. Tutors are very friendly and helpful, they have a lot of experience and will provide you with lots of information. You will not only get lots of theoretical, but practical knowledge too. I chose to undertake a massage course at Richdales Institute after years of working in a corporate environment, having decided that I needed to improve my work/life balance. I wanted to find a career where I could be my own boss and not be office-based. My interest in massage evolved from having regular sports massages to ease my achy back and tight shoulders caused by spending too many hours in front of a computer and I knew how effective it was. I chose Richdales for a couple of reasons: firstly the course was run over weekends and spread out over a few months, which allowed me to continue working whilst I trained and also allowed time for me to absorb all the new learning. Secondly, the teaching took place very locally to me. Also, having looked at other courses, I found they were cost effective and the reviews and, more importantly the results, of the course were excellent. Once on the course myself, I found the tuition I received to be professional and thorough and all the tutors were really approachable, helpful and made learning fun. After passing the ITEC Level 3 Holistic Massage course, I went on to qualify in ITEC Level 3 and 4 in Sports Massage and now have a regular base of clients ranging from marathon runners to dancers to artists to office workers. I know that the skills and knowledge I learnt at Richdales have provided me with the ability and confidence to forge a successful new career and I would, without question, recommend Richdales to anyone thinking of pursuing a career in Complementary Therapy.

I trained and qualified as a Reflexologist with Richdales on the ITEC course recently and I highly recommend the institute. I had wanted to train as a Reflexologist for many years and was finally in a position to do so. I am so happy I chose Richdales. I found the tutors to be highly skilled practioners with many years experience in their various fields, passionate and keen to share their skills, knowledge and experiences. I learnt so much from them. The support I recieved was exemplary. The resources were excellent and the tutors very responsive. My parents became became unwell and required care whilst I was training. It meant that I had to vastly reduce my hours at work and I assumed I'd have the leave the course, but the Course Director and tutor were both so supportive and encouraging and helped me to devise a way to complete the course which didn't feel difficult and stressful. The best choice I made to study in Richdale's institute. I start with Holistic massage and still continuing to study Sport massage. It is strict and intensive studies but I gain very high knowledge. Very professional and confident tutors and small groups which me aloud to get more attention through the learning. Definitely recommend for those who want serious to learn massage skills.

I completed the ITEC Indian Head Massage and the ITEC Diploma in Reflexology, and also a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, and the First Aid course (EFAW). I have also taken a couple of CPD courses (Hot Stone Massage and Facial Reflexology). I was looking for a change in career so that I could better balance my family commitments with paying my bills while indulging a personal interest. I chose Richdales because it looked very professional on the website, had excellent exam results (I gained a Distinction and a Merit), small class sizes, free parking, and everything seemed very well organised and thought out. This was borne out on my very first day when I found that I not only had directions to follow but that they were accompanied by a set of photos that led me from the car park to the front door! The courses were well managed, refreshments were provided, tuition and pace were excellent. The admin staff and tutors kindly made themselves available for additional support between lessons. The small classes were very social and we had lots of fun. I am still in touch with my Reflexology class mates after more than 2 years, and my Indian Head group has also stayed in contact. I definitely recommend Richdales Insitute!

I have recently completed my ITEC Diploma in Massage at Richdales Institute. I was looking for a massage course to gain another set of skills in complementary therapies which I knew I will value. There were many reasons as to why I wanted to gain a massage qualification but the main factors were: to fulfil my ‘holistic approach’ in chiropractic care - I currently am a chiropractic student and I wanted to be able to offer my future clients the soft tissue techniques should they benefit; to give massages to my family and friends because many of them suffer from muscular tensions and also to earn an extra income. I chose Richdales Institute because it offered weekend courses so that I could fit it around my chiropractic studies and also because of the past students’ positive reviews regarding the teaching staff for their knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism and friendliness. Personally I had experienced all of those qualities with the technique tutors and the admin staff. I had much respects for their knowledge, the thoroughness in their technical teachings and their assistance and hard work in helping students completing their case studies and porfolios. I have been using the massage skills that I have gained from the course from day one to help my families, friends and work colleagues reducing their muscular tensions and pain. Having recently received the Diploma, I am currently looking into getting insurance and registered with a complementary therapy regulatory organisation so that I can start a part-time career in massage. I would definitely recommend the Institute for the ITEC Diploma in Massage for all the reasons I have mentioned here. Based on my personal experience, I would give a 5 stars rating to the technique staff!

I have had Indian head massage course in Richdales institute , the most good point was the way of teaching by the tutor . I have had really bad experience tutors in the other school Brixton , they said they can’t teach me because beyond responsibility school limitation . But in Richdales Indian head massage course tutor Nanette teach me until I pass the ITEC level 3 Indian head massage exam with good great , she is very friendly .

Initially I looked at adding more value to my personal training business through the introduction of Sports Massage. Richdales Institute came highly recommended through one of my clients who had previously studied with them and I found them to be a highly professional company with an excellent pass rate for their students . The other reason it suited me was that the course was spread out over a number of months giving me time to digest the information and develop the hands on skills which are key to becoming a good therapist. I could have completed the course with another company in a quicker time but I feel that this would not have allowed me to suitably ingrain the manual skills and also would have been difficult to absorb the theory information in such a short period of time. The skills I've learnt helped me to evaluate my clients functional movement better and gave me the skills to help them drastically improve them. It has also helped me broaden my client base and develop my skills to become a much better personal trainer and therapist.

I chose Richdales to do my Holistic Massage Course after I'd visited on an open day practical session. It was evident the school had high professional standards with competent experienced teachers working with a passion. I say this coming from my own career as a primary education teacher with 20 years behind me. The course covers theory knowledge and practice with topics of anatomy, physiology and pathology, client consultation, contraindications and business acquisition. I found the Richdales Institute from internet which course perfect for my hands-on learning style. It was very practical for the client who beneficially of symptoms of the body such as increase blood circulation, tiredness and altered sleep pattern, muscular ache and headaches and so on. When I was joined first time the ITEC holistic massage course, I couldn’t understand anything because of second language which really difficult to understand the biology for me. But the teachers were kindly supported and made me understand to easy way get better what I study. Hi everyone! I would like to share my opinion about Richdale Institute. I just completed my Anatomy and Pathology course and before that I did Indian Head Massage course there as well. I wanted the change in my life. As the career and as a lifestyle. I choose the Richdale Institute because I was impressed about the wide selection of the courses, the background of the curator Dr Rishi S Loatey BSc(Hons) MSc(Chiro) DC CCEP MRCC(Orth) FBCA...huh! and I like that as well the courses take place in a Hammersmith Hospital. The website is very clear, containing all informations. The tutors of the courses are well educated, but at the same time they have character and humor. For me it is does matter! Inspiring people! I'm about to start my new life (wish me luck)! The Anatomy course ( don't have illusion, it is not easy-peasy) woke up something inside me, and after the exam, I was missing my the daily study routine. Also cannot highlight enough how cool it is to be able to use these knowledge in my private life! So I won't stop now! I wish to everybody to find that what is make you happy! Maybe it is take time, maybe you fall sometimes but the journey is beautiful and when you achieve your goals, that is priceless!
