After a long weekend of moving house Tarana fitted me in to her schedule at the last minute, I had deep tissue mostly on my back and Tarana really worked on the spots she could feel were problematic. Ending with a Thai yoga stretch I left feeling like I had a new body. Will most definitely be going on a regular basis! 10/10
