My favourite place for a massage. I've had great deep tissue massages at this location and the one at 12 Lavender Hill for years. The price is very reasonable for London and for how good they are, and if you are into steam and sauna, the fact that they are included for any 5 is fantastic. They are small, but there has never been anyone else using them on the odd occasion I've gone into them. The fact that people generally come just for their massage without using the steam and sauna shows just how good the massages are. The place is always clean and comfortable, with friendly reception staff and my masseuses have always spoken more than enough English to communicate with one another. My favourite masseuse of all time is Lina (at the 12 Lavender Hill one), and I must sing her praises even at the risk of her getting booked up as a result of this review! For deep tissue (all I ever get) and understanding of the muscles in the body, there is honestly no-one better and I'd recommend her to anyone. On top of being a great masseuse, she's also a lovely person to talk to on my visits every 2-4 weeks. I leave there feeling renewed and relaxed... exactly what I need! Don't forget to bring cash (they can take card, but prefer cash), and there is a convenient cash point just outside this location.

Very pleased with my recent visit for massage. Lady who took care of me was very professional and very good in what she was doing. I didnt have to even tell her what and where I had pains. After the visit I feel like new. In the price you have towel, shower, sauna and steam room available. The also have lockers available and staff is so friendly. Definitely will be back and recommending this place for anyone who need extra strong massage.

I've been coming to no 12 for waxing and massage for years now. All the girls are fantastic at their jobs and the reception staff are always so welcoming. I've been treated to massages in some posh places before but I can honestly say that none of them have been as good as the massages I've been given here!! Sure, it's a pretty basic looking sort of place but I've always felt relaxed and at such very reasonable prices, you can't really ask for more! I also love their sauna and steam rooms! Fantastic customer service! I am a regular as I work 2 doors from the salon and everytime it is a fantastic experience that I have. From the greeting to the door, massage and then before I leave the staff is making it special. The massages are exceptionally good value for what you get. I have never been disappointed, and to top it all after 1 hour session you have access to the sauna and/or steam room. This is a review for the one further up the road near Sainsburys. Massages are reliably good - if you ask for a deep tissue, that’s exactly what you get. The receptionist is always happy to help and professional. The therapists I’ve had are always professional and experienced. For the price you pay it’s very reasonable.

I stumbled upon Siam Beauty (no.119) back in 2011, by accident. I was getting ready to go on hols and needed to find somewhere local for a bikini wax. I Googled, the first place didn’t have any availability and next thing you know, I ended up at Siam Beauty. I was lucky enough to have been allocated to Angela... and I haven’t been anywhere else for a bikini wax ever since. That was 8.5 years ago! I trust no one else but Angela, the fact I am a black woman and I know not every beautician knows the right way to work with our very tightly curled texture hair, plays a huge part of it. But also just because I find her to be friendly, warm, welcoming, professional and great at what she does. I left South London over 3 yrs ago but still travel allllll the way back to Clapham (from East London) just for bikini waxes. Angela’s great!

Had a full leg and Brazilian at 119 - One of the best value for money waxes I have ever had with professional, courteous and friendly staff. It is clear that it is a very well run establishment with high standards. I will be a regular here and will be recommending it to all my friends. It is head and shoulders above similar nearby businesses. I have also had a Thai massage at their sister shop down the road at no. 12 Lavender Hill which was frankly superb. The best and the cheapest massage in London. The quickest and less painful waxwing. Very friendly atmosphere. Steam room and sauna available FREE if you have a massage booked. Highly recommended!

I went to no. 119 and got a Swedish Massage. Such lovely customer service from the moment i walked in. The massage was brilliant and i felt relaxed throughout. I would 100% go back. The prices are also very very reasonable for the amazing service you receive.

The thai massage is a good deep and relaxing work out for your muscles, with included as much time in the steam room and sauna as you like. Also has shower facilities. Could be more luxurious decor but great value. Also very convenient long opening hours.
