I went to the spa with 3 other ladies. There was a bit of confusion with our appointment times. It was sorted in the end but it meant 2 of us had to wait 45mins longer to be treated, which we didnt mind. But the first two ladies who went in said they had a lovely experience, with heated beds with blankets and warm room and a great treatment. But when it was our turn they put two of us in the same room, which we didnt understand at all. We are not a couple. A bit of privacy would have been nice. Our beds were not heated, the towels were freezing. The room was freezing. The massage was only OK. She applied a lot of pressure where i had bone, which was sore. And not enough pressure on my actual muscles. So we felt like they just shoved us in a room and tried to get us done with. Which was disappointing. Especially after hearing our two friends had a lovely experience with privacy. But the staff are very nice and the spa facilities are great!

Great Spa Experience using the Thermal Spa, very relaxing. Agata was a really good massage therapist, she checked my individual needs and provided a good service. Highly recommended.

Great place but hard to find a quiet time even in the mornings. I prefer females Tuesdays but gets rammed and groups talking aways in the quiet room, therapist tendency to walk through this room to reach their clients too. But clean, cheap and local.

Quiet day, reception gave easy directions, pleasent. Smells amazing. Place to relax, jacuzzi pool not open, didn't bother me as the showers are a great alternative.

It was nice, but rather small. We bought the ticket for 15quid for two on a promotion, and this is about how much it should cost. The pool is ok for max 4ppl at a time. There is also a sauna for 10-15ppl and a steam room for 5-7ppl. There is also a monsoon shower, but it was a bit small for two, better use it alone. You were given a towel and slippers at the entrance, no gown. I wish I knew it could be rented, because it was rather cold without it. The showers in the dressing room were relatively cold as well, with a push button for the water. We spent about 30min in the spa itself, with this number of facilities it gets boring quickly.

Alisha has been so remarkable in every treatment she has done for me. From her customer service, the massage and pedicure. She is so talented and is so great at what she does. The spa is clean and a very relaxing place to go with reasonable prices.

In order to get myself to go back to the gym at Kensington Lesuire Centre, I has booked a mani-pedi with the beautician Eliana. Usually, I'm the type of person that likes their whole nail(s) being covered, no matter the 'cost' of it being on my skin since I can always wash it off. During our session, Eliana had informed me that if shellac nail polish were to get on the skin, that would result in it chipping and coming off earlier than expected - she explained that it is due to the shellac nail polish being 'stuck' to the polish and not the actual nail, hence the chipping occurring. This was the massive 'wake-up call' that I needed since I always ask for my nail(s) to be covered. It's been a week now, and Eliana's advice still holds up since there have been no chippings at all, where there 'usually' would be as of now! During my time there, all the other women were lovely and friendly too, especially patient with me, since I haven't been there since last summer, everything's changed slightly and the beauticians calmly and patiently informed me of the discounts I can redeem at the spa with my Full-GP memebership which was lovely of them as they provided great details too. Eliana, alongside some others, jokingly said that a raise, 'Beautician of the Month, etc should be given to those that can paint as close to the skin as possible, alongside seeing what's 'going wrong/ right' with a customer and their beauty care (I have one nail that grows slightly slanted... :/ and Eliana had filed it to a point where it's hardly noticeable!) etc, although it was a joke, I would highly recommend Eliana as she's done an amazing job, highlighted by the 'pressure' of my nails being real, so it'll they grow back, rather than being stuck on where a mistake can 'hurt' me for months until then. Eliana did amazingly well and I'll be coming back, trying, at least once a month to continue my nail care with her and other beauticians there.

Staff were very friendly and it was a really good experience for my ever spa experience. However the facilities are not sufficient for the people they allow in. I'd say they need to better control their bookings to ensure that everyone gets their money's worth. Improving everyone's experience and reducing complaints.

Loved it! What's more it was just the two of us there! Would definitely return - like York Hall but less amenities and less time allowed though cheaper.

Highly recommended this place ! From the reception to the treatment room it’s a pure pleasure . The staff and therapist are lovely and make you feel relax . Rooms are amazing , beds for massage are even better than harrods one ! Price are very reasonable. 10/10 place !!

(Translated) I got to try the 'thermal spa experience' and it was a very positive experience. You can use: the sauna, the whirlpool, the turkish bath, the monsoon shower and the ice fountain. Then there is the relaxation area where you can drink hot tea. In the afternoon the facility was not crowded. The premises are clean and kept in excellent condition. Recommended! (Original) Ho avuto modo di provare la 'thermal spa experience' ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. È possibile utilizzare: la sauna, l'idromassaggio, il turkish bath, la monsoon shower e l'ice fountain. C'è poi l'area relax dove è possibile bere un tè caldo. Nel pomeriggio la struttura non era affollata. I locali sono puliti e tenuti in ottime condizioni. Consigliato!
