I started going to Aaron for treatments over a year ago now. Being a pilates instructor I find it crucial for keeping my body in optimal functioning condition. I also refer my Pilates clients with injuries to Aaron & we've seen great results! He works with a 'whole body approach' with emphasis on problem areas, which I find really works.
