Sunny is amazing! I have attended her face to face classes and since lock down have been going to her daily zoom classes. Sunny makes sure the fundamentals of your body and mind are stretched, functioning, calmed and toned. I love her holistic approach and my body always feels better when I am regularly attending her classes. I relocated to Scotland from London this year and was so glad I could continue with Sunny’s classes up here on zoom. I find her classes help with my mental health and menopause symptoms too! And Sunny throws in mindfulness and nutritional advice as well. She also does massage! Thanks Sunny @humanistcaroline

Been going to Sunny's pilates classes for 1 month now. Sunny asked me to fill out a form to identify the things I was wanting to improve at my first class, and I have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly I have seen results such as overall body tone and her workouts helped with some alignment issues I had in my shoulders for a long time.
Even though they are group classes, Sunny's sessions are super intimate as she tries to cater for everyone's goals and each class has different areas she targets. Amazing experience!

I have worked with Sunny a few times and I can honestly say she is a miracle worker. A pain down my leg, into my knee and lower back prevented me from walking and exercising. Sunny treated me and I was instantly better. I've had a few more treatments to keep me in good shape. Sunny is kind, warm and most importantly clean. The treatment was painful at times but she walked me through breathing and gave me exercises to follow up with. Any other physio would have taken 3 or 4 sessions to get where Sunny did in one. I've also done a few of her online classes to relax me too. They are excellent value and I come away feeling empowered.

Sunny has been absolutely fantastic throughout both my pregnancies and her classes have not only helped me feel physically stronger but also mentally stronger and more balanced.
I have suffered with depression for years but it got worse during pregnancy. Recently I have tried to focus on making myself feel better and exploring what that looks like for me. Sunny has been a great support in this with her classes and reminders of how to help yourself at home with healthy eating advice, and mindfulness techniques.
Sunny’s class have been a huge part in my journey where I have gained more respect and love for my body and myself. The exercises always make me feel stronger and stronger, and sunny tailors them to your needs (e.g. a fast growing baby bump!) I feel safe when I exercise with sunny even at home under lockdown conditions.
At the beginning of my second pregnancy I was stuck in rut and overweight and unhappy, but now I feel stronger, more focused in life, and am taking better care of myself with the help of sunny and her classes, others have also commented on my transformation over the last few months and how positive it has been.
Oh and she doesn’t mind my two year old running around occasionally joining in or waving at the screen on zoom! So I can exercise around my kids and promote a healthy lifestyle for them too!
Big thank you to Sunny with her support and training, would highly recommend for anyone, including those that are expecting, as you will get a great level of support. Sunny goes above and beyond.

I have been attending Sunny's Saturday zoom classes for a couple of months now and it has been a fabulous start to the weekend.
The class is fun and Sunny is always on hand with help and encouragement! You get a great work out and laugh whilst doing it.

Sunny has helped me so much. I am an active and fit 50 year old, but have near-constant stiffness and pain in my lower back and hips. I wanted something serious to release the tension, and thought maybe deep tissue massage would help. Little did I know what a good choice Sunny was, when I booked my first treatment.
With Sunny, I feel blessed to have her incredible holistic approach combining her wide and deep knowledge of the body, physiology, massage, cupping, acupuncture, manipulation techniques, aromatherapy, nutrition, pilates, physiotherapy, mind-body connections and much more! What really struck me from the first treatment, was that she reads my body precisely and treats me according to what she can see and feel - rather than what often happens, where the therapist is technically skilled and methodical, but not personally atuned.
I cannot recommend Sunny enough. She works deep into muscle and tissue, deploying techniques that can sometimes be intense at the time, but the results are great. I can feel myself unfurling over time and even have had spontaneous comments from people I know about my posture and energy!

I've been doing sessions and treatments with Sunny for nearly 5 years now, and continue to enjoy doing so as testament to how motivating I feel using her services are. Sounds cliched, but I'm definitely in a more positive place both physically and mentally since attending Sunny's practice than I had been nearly 5 years ago. If you feel inhibited starting out with a regular exercise routine (as well as treatments) that are both effective and motivating, then I would definitely recommend Sunny - she's kind, thorough and encouraging and knows her stuff.

Went my back went and I was unable to sit , walk and function properly Sunny helped me with her unique approach and combination of various techniques. Sunny is not about quick fixes. She is great at listening and understanding my injury and how its effecting my life. She gave me a functional and rehabilitative exercises before I joined her Piyo strerch classes. I suffered with lumbar problems - L5 for many years. Being overweight didn't help too. I started with Sunny's Back Pilates Rehabilitation first with a great results and an occasional pain. Than, Sunny suggested to start with Therapeutic Treatment once a week for 4-6 weeks. Miracle! It took only 4 treatments to see her results and walk without pain. The combination of both Pilates and Treatment really made a massive difference. I am 1,5 stone lighter now, healthier and I can even sleep without pain in my lower back. I you are looking for a mindful and reassuring results Sunny is one the people who would even extend the time without any extra cost if necessary.

I had back trouble (Scoliosis) and an old injury in my left shoulder. Sunny encouraged me to come to PiYo classes and have regular shiatsu massages. I can happily report that at 53 I am in better shape than many of my peer group and I feel fantastic. I do a lot of walking and heavy lifting and Sunny’s classes keep me in the game. What she has taught me is invaluable because I can do the stretches at home if I can’t make it to a session. You can’t put a price on your health and I look forward to many more years of her tutelage.

The best Pilates class I've been to EVER!

Having injured my shoulder muscle, I decided to try Sunny acupuncture after friends recommended her. She knew immediately where the pain was and on the first session she also did cupping and massages. After each session she gives me simple functional and rehabilitative exercises. It is also very handy that she comes to you with her massage table and enthusiasm. I really feel soothe after each treatment. Never done cupping before and it is an interesting experience, I have a very dotty back but her treatment has helped reduce some of the discomfort I was in. I also joined her 30 min daily Pilate/stretching classes whenever I can on zoom. As well as being convenient, quite often they are like a personal class and never boring as she always does different types of exercise.
