Great massage. My back is generally very tensed and sensitive so massaging my back can easily go wrong if the masseuse isn't experienced enough (either too painful or too tickly). The massage here was the perfect balance of strength and I came out a lot more relaxed. The massage was very strong (in my case the good kind of painful) so make sure you adapt your request accordingly. I agree with the other review on the slightly stale smell in the steam room. Maybe needs more frequent cleaning. I will be back nonetheless.

This is very authentic therapeutic Thai massage from experienced and professional masseuses. They have a horizontal bar high along the wall so that they can walk on your back. The massage is very deep, so important to say at the begining when they ask 'Light, medium or deep' if you are not used to deep massage, or to ask them for less pressure as you go along. I love that they have a steam room (very small), it's a real bonus, but they really do need to make sure it's cleaned properly. It should be cleaned daily (walls, ceiling, floor, benches) with an antibacterial cleaner. (I'm writing this hoping the management will read it!) I don't know what their cleaning routine is, there's no visible dirt, but it smells very stale and this is what suggests to me it doesn't have regular thorough cleaning. Reception staff, incl. the manager, plus all the masseuses have always been polite and respectful. My suggestion for the person who wrote a neg. review about his legs not being massaged, is to address it with the masseuse at the time, rather than phone up when you go home/the next day. Unless you specifically ask for whole body, the masseuse will focus on the areas that have the most tension, which means some areas inevitably get less time than others.

Pre booked massage . Decent experience. Ive been in better looking establishments but im going for the massage and it was ok . My advice ask them to go easy on you because that was the most strong massage I've had ever. Woman was very talented but very strong and my pride wouldn't allow me to tell her to go easy on me. The place is kinda cramped and tight . Sauna and steam room closed due to covid

I have been going to this massage parlour for years and I had different masseuse who were good until I met Dew who is excellent. I treated myself to massage on Eid day on Tuesday and as ever Dew was brilliant again.

Good, professional massage from the ladies and decent prices. You get Sauna and a steam room to use while you wait for your massage. The shower facilities needs updating but it's adequate. The place can get crowded so best to go there outside the rush hour. I like to go late at night where it's little bit less hectic. All in all, you can't go wrong with prices and the service. Excellent massage.

I had a relax massage and it went very well. Didn’t know what to expect reading these reviews, but I was positively surprised. The place is really clean, my therapist ( Ju ) was really professional and good. I extended my 45 minutes massage to 1 hour. I have been nicely welcomed by the reception staff. Haven’t used the sauna, but popped my head in and it seemed clean. I appreciated the saloon doors. They grant your privacy and make the therapy room less claustrophobic. Overall my experience was really good and I will come back soon.

I've been using the sauna and steam room here for almost two years, not great but convenient for late opening hours. Only recently did I decided to have a massage. I can't believe what I'd been missing. It was my first time having a tai massage, my masseuse was Sandra. She was brilliant! I only booked 30 minutes but next time will definitely pay for an hour. I'm not sure that I'll ever go back to my osteopath of 20 years, as Sandra made the same adjustments as well as the brutal massage. She also explained 'why' I experienced pain in certain areas. Don't listen to the negative reviews, exerience the place for yourself. The guy that does night reception is a bit blunt, but I certainly wouldn't call him rude. Sandra gave me the best nassage I've ever had, and did not compromise my dignity at any time. See you again soon guys!

Despite the negative comments i decided to give this a try and am very glad that i did. This place is run be Thai women, very hospitable. I think because of their past experiences they make it clear to you that its just a massage place and no dodgy services are provided. I didnt find them rude at all. My message was the best i ever had and for the first time in a very long time i have no lower back pain. My masseuse Dew had authentic/efficient technic, beautiful smile and had charismatic personally. Thank you for the experience.

This place does need a refurbishment especially the showers and steam room. If you are going in for a massage i personally recommend "Dew" you will come out like a brand new machine,she is polite and knows what she is doing as a therapist unlike others,i would recommend the 1hour session and not the half,prices are reasonable £50 for an hour including sauna and steam

I went in for a footmassage, but came out after a back massage.. Can't complain tho, as it was a good massage. But my leg is still sore and in need of a massage. 😂 Price was 35 for 30 minutes, which is a fair price.

I went to Swiss Cottage Thai Massage Spa as I was looking for dry sauna opened 24h a day. I read some good/ok/bad reviews here - regarding how clean it is but perhaps they are outdated by now. After seeing it for myself I think it is not bad at all. The dry sauna has just been refurbished 1 month ago, so it is refreshed. The cleaniness of the place is just like any other sauna I have been to, so can't really complain. People are asked to take of underwear and use thin clots when going into dry sauna (underwear can get sweaty/smelly). People in sauna sit on the towels - I like the etiquette regarding hygiene in that place. I am really happy to have found place that I can go to relax any time at night as I am always busy during the day.

An institution in London- genuine massage parlour in Swiss Cottage with no hanky-panky and open nearly 24 hours a day with a sauna and steam room at £50 all in. Trouble is, the masseurs are hit and miss and are sometimes not really engaged and don't really care if they give you a good massage or not.

We’ll decided not to listen to the other reviews and make my own mind up .. was greeted politely and with respect wasn’t asked at all about “did I want other” was shown around and had shower and massage .. which was very professional and relaxing and stimulating at same time .. then had 30 mins in sauna and steam room .. overall yes it could do with being brought up to date and a good deep clean but was no a lot cleaner than most places Abroad .. over I will be attending again

I have been going to this place for years and I must say it’s just as good as the first time. Deu (lady with the bright coloured hair) is by far the best masseuse and would highly recommend. The fact it is 24 hours as well is a huge bonus!
