It seems some of the people who have left negative reviews have absolutely no idea what Ayurvedic treatment is and what it involves, so I would suggest doing some research into Ayurvedic massage before you book (if you’re unfamiliar). It is a simple and very traditional place, not a modern place at all. But Ayurveda is a historic cultural practice. Go to any Ayurvedic hospital in Asia and you will find a similar kind of simplicity. The important thing is that it’s clean. I absolutely love the treatment here, especially the scalp and shoulder massage at the beginning of the full body treatment. You can ask for the pressure to be increased! If you have any aches or pains, be sure to book a consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor so he can advise you and the practitioner of the best treatment for you. It is a healing practice and can be really beneficial and effective. I love this place for its authenticity and will continue to go there and recommend it to everyone.
