This spa is so lovely! It is also very clean and well looked after. The owner is super accommodating and sweet. She really takes care to look after her guests and give them a great experience. The finishing touches are so thoughtful like the tea and cookies and I will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely loved this spa! It was clean, professional and worth every penny. Booked the Nini Signature Spa ritual with a friend and it was AMAZING! Both ladies who gave us our treatments were so friendly and accommodating, and really made us feel comfortable. The spa itself was lovely inside! I’ve been to plenty of spas, but this is definitely one of my new favourites and I loved how nothing was rushed and the staff really took their time with everything. Promised to write a honest review few months back but keep forgetting. Eve was a charming woman and made me feel very welcome through out the journey. I had the Nina signature massage twice and she pinpoint the areas where I usually have pain with my desired strength. Personally I really liked the dry brushing as it was very relaxing and the hot stones were a joy. The room itself had a really good scent accompanied by relaxing tunes. I felt much more relaxed and chilled after the session with less ache than before. I recommend Ninaspa for massages and hope to return sooner than I expect! :) Thanks Eve

Visiting Ninispa for the first time was a pleasant experience. I’ve had many massages before and I was very pleased with the cleanliness and general atmosphere of the place. Staff were welcoming and professional. Francesca is an excellent masseuse. She is both charming and has great communication skills. Before the massage, she spoke to me in detail about my body: where I felt I needed relief and how she could ensure the experience was comfortable. During the massage, she made me feel relaxed and offered advice on how I could avoid tension in my body moving forward. She is knowledgable and a lovely person! I look forward to visiting again.

Booked as a gift for my parents. My parents run their own business, my dad also has multiple businesses and so as you can imagine they are very overworked & busy! They aren't regulars at spas or massages and my dad doesn't usually like to spend money or show much emotion but it was hilarious how buzzing he was after his anti-stress package. I've never seen him so relaxed! Both said they thoroughly enjoyed their treatments, the massage therapists were very attentive and catered to what they needed. They also ended up having a little longer - which is so nice as some places really rush the treatment to get you out on time!! I needed a massage same day as my body felt broken. I spoke to eve and she was fantastic in helping me. I spoke to her in the morning and she managed to book me in the same day at 10:30. Eve is really polite and always has time for you. Anna then introduced herself to me and explained everything I needed to know as it was my first time there. Anna was unbelievable and I can't recommend her enough! The full body massage took around 1hr to 1.5hrs and all the way through Anna was professional and made sure I was comfortable. I felt so relaxed under Anna's professionalism. Afterwards I felt so much better, my aches and pains had eased and I will definately be returning in the next few weeks. 100% recommend NINIspa - beautifully perfect!

I found Ninispa when I was trying to found a nice spa to treat my husband with a spa day. Ninispa had the best reviews For places in Manchester so I booked him in for the anti stress ritual- he was amazed by the incredible experience he had and we now have the membership here, it’s incredible value for money and so worthwhile. It’s also a great way of ensuring you make time for yourself at least once a month. Francesca is amazing!!! Not only is she an amazing therapist but she is so kind, warm and friendly that you feel truly relaxed and calm during the treatment. I went in with high expectations but she managed to top my expectations by miles! I'm a massage therapist myself so it was very interesting to sense and feel and try to figure out how she does what she does! There were layers of techniques and methods used - dry brushing, hot towels, hot stones etc. Eve's massage skills are beyond incredible! She's a master, no doubt! I was in heaven! Such an amazing little spa! Tucked away in city centre it's a perfect oasis of relaxation. We went as a group of three and we're all blown away by the quality of the treatments and overall experience. The tea room is a lovely touch and coming out from a massage to a fresh cup of herbal tea was amazing. We had the signature treatment package and it did not disappoint. Every part of my body felt relaxed and rejuvenated. With the heated massage beds, hot stones and warm massage oils I never wanted to leave. If you're looking for a spa in Manchester, NINISPA is the place to go. It was my first professional massage and I chose their signature ritual - 2hrs of bliss and calmness. I loved the Nordic chants they played throughout my session. Another of my favourite was the art pieces on the walls. I saw this poster that said 'Now I Need It' and apparently that's what NINI stands for. Eve, the founder, gave me a therapeutic massage and facial that I can never forget and I will be back soon with my partner.

Very nice and atmosphere place with an amazing customer service. I had an hour and 10 min massage and I really enjoyed it! It really helped me to relax so I am going to be back every week to treat myself. I also been offered tea after the session and I could stay in tea room as long as I need after my massage, which is really nice from them, as after relaxing procedure you don't want to be in the rush. I am really recommend this place, as I am sure you will love it as much as I do! ❤️

I had been to Ninispa a couple of times, mainly because I had read some good reviews and thought they might help with my lower back pain. They really helped a lot and I was also impressed with their positive attitude and how clean and luxurious Ninispa is. I decided it would be better to become a member because my back improved straight away and thought I would benefit with regular sessions. I chose the Renew package, which gets me 2 massages and one facial massage a month. Its easy to book once you are a member, I just drop them an email. It’s really good value and saves me loads of money rather than buying separate massages. I always leave Ninispa in a great mood, which I think is worth even more.

Small team, professional and just starting out, they know everything about the business they are in. If you want true value for your money, go for it without second thoughts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When I moved to Manchester about 8 years ago I was a bit disappointed with quality of SPA centres here. Most of the times you either get a sweaty Thai massage places in some dodgy dead end streets or overpriced places in town centres that don't offer much behind a façade of nice branding. I did have a chance to live in some countries in Asia, including China, Vietnam, South Korea and Thailand so I started wondering if perhaps my quality standards are bit to high for UK. Well guess what? None of that. Nini Spa is a hidden gem when it comes to some nice rituals and cosmetic treatments. To start with, the place looks bit undescriptive from the outside, but don't get mis leaded with that. Because what waits inside is a truly beautiful, warm and cosy place. Like I've said before, I've been to few places and this one was one of nicest if not the prettiest looking spas I've ever been. Everything is spotless clean, there is plenty of room and it's really well equipped too. Staff is really professional where needed but also really friendly and welcoming. Eve, the owner is not only certified spa practitioner and beautician but also a really nice and helpful person. There's loads of equipment for all kinds of rituals and procedures, I'm not sure what the most of it is for but for sure looks impressive and contributes to a long list of treatments you can get. Probably not most relevant for some but the music is nice and not too loud and there is none of this aromatherapy or scented candles nonsense that makes me wanna vomit because places that use them never vent the room. When I visited I had a massage with hot stones done and it was really pleasant experience. After that I also had a facial with some gentle chemical peeling and electronic microdemabrasy and gotta say my face was reborn after that. Oh and guess what? All of the mentioned for half a price of the branded places in city centre. Deffo coming back there and getting my regular customer card :). Hands down best SPA in Manchester and one of best ones I've been in my life. Isabella
