I contacted Therapi Tylino S.M.a.R.T after I injured my hip flexor and within 3 weeks I regained nearly all my external rotation back. Roger is very knowledgeable and always gives information with any move , stretch and pressure he is applying.. I was advised on mobility exercises between appointments to help my aid recovery. There a good choice of treatments available at good prices 👍. As Roger is mobile all treatments done at home and are stress free 😁👍

Roger is a very professional therapist, he is also very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. I have chronic pain and although doctors and physiotherapist say there is nothing to be done, I disagree! Roger has helped me to maintain some sanity, by easing the pain and soreness of muscles, by massaging back, lower back, arms and shoulders, where my body tenses because of pain caused by my condition. This maintenance sessions help me cope and help me to sleep better. Roger is an amazing therapist and I feel blessed for knowing him.

I suffer from a sore back and shoulder, as well as hip. I regularly have a massage with Roger from Therapi Tylino, who is able to ease my aches and pains, and get me mobile again. He is a wonderful mobile massage therapist, who covers a wide area of South Wales, and is happy to travel to me to provide an excellent service. Always reliable, with an amazing wealth of knowledge of the body and muscles. It always surprises me that the pain I am feeling in one location of my body is actually triggered by something somewhere else. Roger has also applied kinesiology tape to my legs and arm, which was great when I had swelling in my ankles, and in my hand from too much time on my feet, and too much time at a computer. He has lots of advice, and the aftercare continues, with exercises given to help the healing after the massage. Thank you Roger - you put me back together, and keep me in one piece - I would be in pieces without you! Highly recommended!
