After weeks of struggling with RSI and shoulder and arm pain, I contacted Tribe Massage to see if they could assist. Mark was really responsive, helpful in suggesting the most suitable massage and arrange an appointment for the following day. The massage was amazing, best I have ever received and instantly released the pain I had been experiencing. Thoroughly recommend Mark. In fact I recommend you look no further for a good deep tissue massage. To relieve all aches and pains or to regain movement. A recent knee injury was causing me issues, despite physio improving the situation something wasn't right. Mark found the area that was causing the issue, worked his magic and improved my recovery from the injury.

I've been getting treatment from Mark for a few injuries over the past 12 months. I have ongoing issues with my forearms (tennis elbow on both arms) due to my desk job and a (slipped) Prolapsed Disc I did lifting, plus a neck injury whereby I over flexed my neck a couple years ago that never healed properly. 12 mounts ago I was a mess mess basically. Marks been giving me deep tissue massages as well as exercises and stretches to help the various issues. Mark is also trained in the use of Kinesiology tape and has applied it to my arms to help with the tennis elbow symptoms. Mark applies science to all of his treatments so you wont find any non proven techniques or suggestions. He is often attending conferences and getting more training to further enhance his skills which shows his desire to keep up and make a difference. I would highly recommend Mark and will be continuing my fortnightly treatments for the foreseeable future.
