r. e.Absolutely incredible experience overall. Went in for a Indian head massage and oh my I was in for a pleasant shock! Not only dose it relief all tension in your head and kneck it relieves tenision in your shoulders too! I’m someone who can’t shut off and find massages/holistic experiences tough because people don’t like to talk. I was encouraged to do whatever I needed to do to make myself calm and relaxed which for me meant talking to take my mind of off things. By the trike my session had ended I felt absolutely renewed with energy and calmness. Definitely recommend anyone who needs a bit of me time or to reconnect with them self’s and the world around them
