Very knowledgeable about his work and listens to your needs with great detail. What started out as a massage turned into a session of stretching and massage as he took a holistic approach to really address the issue. The difference in mobility was noticeable very quick. Would recommend highly.

5 weeks ago, I went to bruprofitness, I was suffering from a lot of pain in my knees after a football charity match. I couldn't run, going up and down the stairs, was a challenge. My knee was killing me. During the 1st session, the whole process was explained to me and I was advised to do a 4-week program, 1 session per week. During this treatment period, I was given muscle-strengthening exercises for the muscles in the knee area, to perform at home during and after the program. after finishing the program, the pain disappeared and I regained my mobility again, pain free. Without a doubt I will return to Bruprofitness. Strongly recommend!!!

I first went to Bruno when I had severe shoulder injury and shoulder discomfort. After my first Sports Massage, I could see the pain had subsided. Bruno put me on a 4 week plan for mobility exercises and a weekly Sports Massages, this has greatly increased my mobility and the pain has gone. 100% recommend.

Since then, I have continually used Bruprofitness massage service for the relief of my aches and pains and general relaxation and I have never been disappointed. He is honestly so courteous, professional and passionate about his work. If I could I’d give him 10 stars. I never ever leave the same way I came! Definitely recommend for those that are in need of a 10/10 massage.

I highly recommend an rate Bruno. He's brilliant at what he does and he made me feel so calm an at ease an reassured.
