I’ve had 4 treatments from Claire now and I can really start to feel the difference in my health both mentally and physically. The changes are very subtle but noticeable. Claire is a ray of sunshine when she walks in, she has a beautiful caring nature and she listens to your every word. I get so much from my treatment and I’ve never felt so relaxed before and I’m finally able to let go. I couldn’t recommend Claire enough. What am amazing experience! Claire was recommended and while I was sceptical at first, it has turned out to be the saviour of my sanity. Highly recommend- I had never experienced reflexology before having my first session with Claire. The room was ideal, the second I stepped in, the environment felt relaxing and comfortable. The reflexology chair was brilliant as I was able to relax my neck and shoulders where I hold a lot of tension. The added comfort of blankets ensured I was warm enough throughout the session. Claire made sure I was happy with everything before the session. Claire also had different oils that are suited to any type of skin. Claire manipulated my toes and worked on the soles of my feet using different massaging techniques. Claire was friendly, professional, considerate and very knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed and felt very relaxed afterwards.

Claire provides such a relaxing and rehabilitating experience. I have suffered with a back problem, and subsequently tension, for so many years. Claire’s services were extremely relaxing and I could immediately feel the benefits of her deep tissue massage. It has helped relieve tension and I am now visiting her on a regular basis to continue working through the muscle tension. Claire provides individual exercises and advice which helps improve one’s symptoms between visits. This is something I’ve not experienced before and it has helped tremendously! I now feel as though I am taking control of my body instead of it ruling me! Claire’s clinic is immaculate and welcoming and she makes me feel very comfortable. The house always smells amazing and I always look forward to my next session.

How different I felt after one reflexology session with Claire! I actually went to sleep no problem. No mind racing and worrying! I'm not one for having people touch my feet, but once comfortable I was so relaxed and apart from an initial giggle, that was me. I suffer from arthritis and an inner ear problem that causes vertigo and these was my main reasons, plus stress in life with many things going on. It is a gentle touch treatment. I was so relaxed! After when Claire went through what she had picked up at the end, I said easier to say what not 😀 I have had two more treatments and Claire has altered how I lay/sit to suit how I am on the day. I'm just booking my next treatment which compliments my chiropractic treatments. Couldn't do without my monthly fix! I highly recommend Claire and her treatments

Claire is an amazing professional talented person, the moment you meet her, you know you will be seeing her again and again. She is kind, caring and always makes you feel at ease and relaxed. So I just had the most relaxing wonderful gentle touch reflexology by the gorgeous Claire in my own home. Claire's calming personality instantly makes you feel relaxed and at ease. She brings this amazing comfortable reclining chair and wraps you all up snug! I suffer with Fibromalygia and Chronic Fatigue so I am sold on the benefits of natural remedies. The gentle touch of this treatment means that its not uncomfortable like sometimes I can find with Fibro. I was left feeling calmer, relaxed and rather dreamy. Claire is amazing!!! She has known both my boys from being a few weeks old and both have benefitted from her magic touch! Amazing lady, astonishing results. I have a chronic condition which through regular reflexology treatments has become much more manageable & raised my energy levels which helps me cope.
