Great deep tissue massage from Kat today. She made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door and worked on all the areas I urgently needed work on. As a bodybuilder and personal trainer I’m always super tight in certain areas! it’s always difficult to find therapists who can really work deep into the muscles but Kat really knew how to focus on releasing tension and loosen those large muscle groups many cannot get into. Highly recommend and will be sending clients and friends to her. Book in asap!

A very intuitive therapist, seems to always go straight to the place that hurts the most! Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. A good firm massage but will adjust pressure if needed. A lovely lady to which always is a plus.

Really pleased with the sports massage I had prior to a half marathon run. I felt slightly anxious as I hadn’t had one before but Kathryn put me at ease, she listened to my pain threshold and really helped to give my legs some much needed attention to help me get me round 13.5miles injury and pain free- which I did!

Postnatal must! I was barely able to lift my baby due to severe back pain and had been really struggling with my recovery from difficult labour. I was also anxious about how I looked and felt about my body and was not feeling confident enough to go to a spa or gym, Kat offering a private setting in her own home made me feel much more at ease and she is so welcoming! The difference after just one session was crazy and now 3 sessions in I am able to exercise again and manage my hectic days with the baby. My sleep has improved and overall mood due to the pain reduction. Kat is really understanding and as she is qualified in Postnatal care and a mum herself, she can tailor a plan to suit your specific needs that's realistic and flexible around childcare. It's great that you can combine a fitness journey alongside massage therapy. Would highly recommended!

As someone who plays a lot of sport, I regularly need a sports massage. Kat’s knowledge and experience is enabling me to be as active as I was 10 years ago!

This was my first massage so I was admittedly a little nervous, but I'm converted! Even though it's a sport massage so there are some painful sports that come up I found it all really relaxing and comfortable. Kat makes you feel really at ease, ensures to ask that you're comfortable throughout and is lovely to talk to! I will be recommending to all my friends and family!

Kat has really helped my fitness journey over the past year or so. I met Kat through her super spin classes which are really fun and upbeat. I have been doing these classes over 2 years almost every week and they are still one of my favourite classes! But I wanted to start building up my strength. Having never done weights, I was really apprehensive about starting and very aware that I knew very little about them. Kat helped me by working with me one on one and coming up with a reasonable but challenging personal plan that fitted around my other exercise routine and busy work commitments. Through Kat's PTing I have gained confidence in building strength that has been really beneficial for my other sporting passions such as climbing, running and sqaush. I have seen and felt large improvements in my body, but more importantly for me, in my mind and my progress in my other sports. I also got lucky enough to have a sports massage from Kat - and can't recommend her enough. I left feeling loose, at ease and refreshed - although, as with any good sports massage, felt a bit sore from the deep tissue massage the next day!
Kat is one of the kindest and most compassionate people I know, and her real passion to help people feel better about themselves both physically and mentally makes her a brilliant PT, fitness instructor and massage therapist. She makes people instantly feel at ease with her, and can adapt her techniques to individual needs, which I think is one of the most important things in her line if work. I can't recommend her enough if you are looking for someone who can help you with your health - whatever that might look like for you.

Kat is a friendly, experienced and professional sports massage therapist. I see Kat once a month for a massage as I train a lot and have a knee injury. After the massage I feel much looser and my knee feels stronger. I would highly recommend KJC Massage and Exercise Therapy if you have any injuries, exercise or would like a deep tissue massage.

I had Kat as my personal trainer when I was in Uni, she was the first PT I've used and she was just amazing. I was very nervous prior to my first session as I didn't know what to expect but Kat was so friendly whkch made me more confident. She kept me focused on my goal and pushed me in my sessions, but kept the sessions really fun all the way through. I looked forward to every session with Kat.
