I have had 1 full body sports massage with Carolina. I often have stiff muscles in my back shoulders quads and glutes. Pretty much all over. I have had many sports massages over the years... the one I had with Carolina was defo the best. She has magical hand that find the areas of pain/ stiffness and she treats them accordingly. Her knowledge of human anatomy is far greater then what i would expect and she is a great sports therapist. Also fun to chat to during the session. I am having another treatment with her again soon. Having recently restarted cycling a lot my legs and hamstrings were feeling every mile, it was suggested that I get a deep tissue massage to loosen them up, so I got in touch with Noscura who came to my home and gave me a great deep tissue massage which made my legs feel like new again.
