The massage was lovely and relaxing (although some bits painful but that was down to my body). I would highly recommend Bev! Amazing lady :) and I can’t wait for more treatments with her.

I had a very informative consultation; it wasn't just about the pains and aches, but lifestyle, exercise and previous treatments. Then Bev started my treatment, constantly checking that I was comfortable and not in any pain.
I would class myself as a reasonably active person, both participating and instructing, so downtime and resting aren't options. And it was great that Bev took that into account.

I had not realised how much discomfort I had been in until after Bev's treatment.
I had gone to see Bev for lower back pain but she worked on all my back.,neck and gluteals.
There has been a huge improvement in my neck and shoulders and a general loosening up every where else.
Bev undoubtedly has a feel for the work she is doing ( not just the theory) and she soon put me at ease on this first visit.
I am looking forward to my next session.
L. R.Bev puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door with her calm and friendly manner. I was one of her training models and she has grown in confidence since then. The room is warm and inviting too. We'd decided that Bev was going to work on my back and shoulders with some Reiki at the end. Holy smoke! I did not realise how bad they were knotted but Bev worked her magic and got them all out. Felt as light as a feather afterwards. I was sent home with recommendations of grounding meditations to listen to to help with unblocking my shakras. As always, well worth the money.
