I have a whole host of long standing injuries ranging from Achilles problems, tight calves and hamstrings, back and neck pain. Jordan, Darren and Aaron have all worked with me to ease my pain from these issues and things continue to improve every week. Whether it’s a new injury or long standing problem I highly recommend the team to provide the correct and most effective treatment and also provide the necessary rehabilitation and exercises where required.

Hi Darren, just wanted to report an immediate response in my leg after the session with Jordan. I should have done this ages ago but the doctor said it was an arthritic hip so I thought I was stuck with pain. After yesterday's session the tension and pain have halved so with a few more sessions I'm hopeful I'll get a full recovery if it feels this good after one session. 👍👍👍
