K. P.Carrie makes you feel very relaxed so you feel comfortable sharing what your elements are with her and she will carry out an assessment of the best way to treat you. Do not be surprised if the problem is actually not where you think it is in the body but exactly caused by a problem elsewhere. I personally prefer the Bowen treatment having had a frozen shoulder and found that I had movement after one session and complete movement and no more pain after 4 session.
I return to Carrie as I had lower back pain due to my hips being out of alignment and she resolved this in 3 treatment’s due to this being a reoccurring problem as I walk a lot I find a one off treatment or two every 4 to 6 months keeps in line and avoids further pain.
