Terrific sports massage! As someone on a fitness journey a regular massage with Melissa has become an essential part of my routine. Melissa's knowledge and experience of managing and preventing injuries has been invaluable to me. Melissa is prompt and well organised and the fact she also does beauty treatments means I always feel great at the end of our sessions. I would throughly recommend Melissa.

I originally went to see Melissa to deal with a collection of injuries I have collected and neglected over the years. After just one session I was involved in a pretty big car accident (not related!) which caused damage to the muscles around my spine. I have suffered with planta fasciitis for over 16 months, i have tried physio, cortisone (3) guided injections in a hospital costing way over £2700, then osteopathy, cyropractice , i have followed numerous exercise recommendations but nothing worked and the pain was proving to be debilitating and was depressive I started with Melissa just a few weeks ago and almost immediately felt a great improvement, in such a short time I am about 80% back to normal heel and fitness condition now and cannot praise her enough Highly recommended
