This is a very important review for me because my problem has been present for 20 years and I have tried just about everything there is for relief. The first couple of visits were difficult for me as I was so stiff and creaky, I felt nauseated following treatment also. However, Julie is very knowledgeable and professional in her approach but nicely down to earth so you feel relaxed and confident in her abilities. Now, I'm not a millionaire and it can be hard to budget for this treatment but the benefits are such that I will find the money for as long as I can to feel as good as I do eight weeks on. I have movement in my neck that has been absent for so long and I am able to do the things I like, and some I don't, for much longer periods of time (those with neck and shoulder problems will appreciate that) Julie provides a combined treatment comprising Acupuncture, massage, stretches and exercises to complete at home daily which she delivers in a professional manner in beautiful surroundings. I cannot recommend her to you enough, if you're thinking about treatment please try Julie, you will not be disappointed. Life changing stuff! Thanks Julie.

I was in extreme pain with a muscle spasm in my upper back. Doing the slightest things were almost impossible. Luckily for me Julie is a friend of mine, she came to my home and assessed my condition. It only took her a couple of minutes to spot where the problem was. She then performed a deep tissue massage followed by acupuncture. I understood that these things can’t be a quick fix but in this case it almost was, partly because of the advise Julie gave me. She gave me some simple exercises to do along with amazing advice regarding my sleeping posture. To cut a long story short I woke up this morning in the exact same position I went to sleep in feeling totally refreshed and pain in my back almost gone. Compare this to the day before when I could hardly get out of bed. I can’t thank Julie enough for her expertise and her amazing advice. She really does know her job inside out. When I started to see Julie I could hardly move my back and right leg where angony. I was very dubious about the dry needling and didn't think this would work. Boy was I wrong it is amazing and I find it very relaxing. Julie is very knowledgeable and gave me stretches to do at home between visits. I am now in a much better place and am even able to start exercising again. I cannot recommend Julie enough x

I have been going to Julie for a few weeks now with shoulder/rotator cuff pain and chose her because of previous reviews . I have not been disappointed.
