Honestly the best service had trouble getting my bike from another place and went to these guys and had it at my door within a couple days will always go to these guys now. Was dealing with a guy named Kieran honestly best service from him.

I was there week ago to service my bike, was very happy how it was done till today morning when I check my engine oil and I find out that there is to much oil, had to do it my self to get it right level, I get 150 ml of oil extra which could damage my bike! I’ll be back to keep my service history up to date and hope boys will get this next time right,I want to believe that was just one off mistake. Thanks for your time team Honda

Was sold a faulty bike, the fault being unknown to Charles Hurst. I brought it back to be repaired and they did their best to work with Honda Corporate to fix it under warranty. Honda Corporate tried to refuse me a replacement or refund since the very strange issue with the bike couldn't be detected on their tests. I provided videos of the issue and the Charles Hurst mechanics rode my bike to confirm there was indeed a problem with the bike. After 3 months of battling Honda Corporate's decision to screw me over and Charles Hurst fighting my corner to over turn the decision, I was given a newer bike of the same model with less miles as replacement. If it wasn't for Charles Hurst fighting the ridiculous response from Honda Corporate then I'd be stuck with a £22,500 super bike with an unridable engine malfunction and an expensive legal battle on my hands.

Great dealership, and an overall excellent experience. Rented a bike hire for a day, and the sales staff were extremely accommodating, ensuring I had the right equipment for my ride. Rode a well sorted Honda cb500x which was a "capable enough" machine (I'm used to a larger machine back home) and was a fun ride through the coastlines and hills of northern Ireland. Clean dealership overall, and good quality bike hire, with new rental riding gear. Very competent staff. Recommended
