What can I say? My wife and I drove over 2hrs to the Bristol store to buy the last bits of her safety kit we needed. We were instantly welcomed as we entered the shop, and then allowed to browse freely without feeling pressured. The store had a few less items on the shelves than I expected for some reason but there was still plenty of choice. We browsed for a while and had a few nice interactions with the staff joking and having fun but staying professional all the time. We sought help from Fabrizio and he helped us narrow down our choices, get the right sizes and made sure everything we wanted was within our budget. Over all a great experience. And would return even just for the customer experience.

Good customer service and range of products in store. The products I wanted were not in stock on the shop floor. Using the electronic screen I was able to request the items. A few minutes later, a member of staff brought them down to try on. They didn't have the style I wanted in store but was delivered to my home address next day delivery. Store offers blue light discount to emergency service workers, great service.

I visited the store in Bristol to try on a number of suits via their brilliant Try On or Buy systems. Most things being delivered to the store the day after I ordered it to try. There was a lot of kit there to try and the staff, especially Fabrizio the manager, were incredibly patient and helpful with good advice. So lots of kit to try, incredible service and advice, which stands out in this day and age, together with good prices - what's not to like? Thanks Guys

I've got plenty of my motorcycle gear from here and was always pleased with the service and pricing. 🏍️ There weren't any issues with swaps or returns over the years. Staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their insight is decent and they are happy to recommend the options that suit you while not being the most expensive. If you have any particular item in mind that's not in their stock, you can always use "stor pickup" option on the website to order multiple sizes and try them in the store.

After a bad experience with a different retailer causing me to waste £200 on a helmet that didn't fit, I came to your Bristol branch to find a different one. I was approached by an Italian fella (think his name was Joe, young with dark hair and a beard) who was very enthusiastic about his job, showed great attention to detail and listened attentively to everything I said and made personalised recommendations based on my requirements. His fitting process was very thorough and careful to make sure that the helmet I chose was perfect for me. I did not purchase one on the day but later bought the one I tried online as I was waiting for some money to come in. Thank you for such a great experience, you have made a regular customer out of me!

Plenty of parking outside. Clothing and helmets and accessories to suit all pockets. Fitting rooms available. Vending machine on site ( a little cafe with hot food would be nice ) layout different to other bike stores and there are panels dotted around where you can request various sizes of boots, clothing etc. They do, Do free delivery if you purchase anything over £25 online so save yourself a trip if it's far away.

Ordered and next day it was here great jacket, boots and jeans. Slight issue with hip protectors being missing called them up, so pointed and said they would send me some out straight away, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend and will buy from here again.

Have used Sportsbikeshop online for a while now, but 1st time today used the Bristol store. Viewed Revit Territory Mesh Jacket online but not sure of the sizes. So ,tried out the 'try before you buy' option and 24hours later there's jackets waiting for me at Bristol. Met Fabrizio at the front desk who talked me through the process and selected the right size. Took the chance to have a look round the well stocked store whilst I was there. Huge range of kit and accessories well laid out store and huge 'try on' area at the rear of the store. 1st class service and 1st class store. Why haven't I been before ????

My son was just getting his first bike and neither of us knew anything apart from a bit of research beforehand. The staff were really helpful and friendly, taking the time to ensure we got all the gear he needed. Would definitely recommend. Thanks very much

Needed to return an item to be sent back to manufacturer after buying it online, so I brought it to the Bristol store. immediately was greeted with a smile and great customer service, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I tried on a few pairs of clothing to see how they'd fit and the staff couldn't of been more helpful. Was very refreshing to have that level of customer service, and after having a chat with the staff you can tell they love bikes and that really shows in their service. Will certainly be going back here again and will use in future for all my biking needs!

Good customer service. They sold me a Yuasa battery which was dodgy (Yuasa's fault) and I got a refund quickly. Originally they offered a credit so be aware you can ask for a refund too

Motorcycle clothing shop with an added small collection of oils, bags, etc Stock seems to be a bit mixed up. If your looking for gortex then I found it in 3 different areas. Likewise if you wanted a flip up helmet.......

Visited the Bristol store today for my husband to exchange his race suit he had bought online which didn't fit. What a fantastic experience we had in store! The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing too much trouble. We must of spent almost 3hrs here whilst my husband choose the right style and fit race suit. He is so pleased with what he chose in the end and I even bought a pair of boots. The best thing about going into store is the chance to actually try stuff on without the hassle of sending stuff back. Especially if your unsure of sizes! Both the race suit and boots were not sizes we would of ordered online. So its really worth the trip here, honestly. Look forward to our next visit, see you soon guys and thanks so much for all your help today 😊

The courier had badly battered the delivery box, but no items were damaged, let Customer Service know, and the situation was handled brilliantly and swiftly, would rate higher if possible. Have used the website before and this experience really seal's the fact that Customer Service is very high on their priorities. Service was first class, many thanks to Keith and his team for sorting out a new helmet complete with fitting the blue tooth intercom, and making sure it paired with my (old) existing helmet intercom, and taking the time to make sure that we were both happy all was working well before the purchase. They went out of their way to order everything in first as well. Will be going back again.

This store has recently opened in Bristol and after visiting today it will definitely be my go to store! Initially stock levels seemed low until I realised you select the item you want on the touch screen and someone brings it down. I was given time to browse and try clothes on without being hounded by sales representatives! When I did need a little help I was given it by a sales representative who was really knowledgeable and also a fellow biker. Thanks Sportsbikeshop, I will be returning again soon!

I’ve been an online customer for years so I was excited to see Sportsbikeshop had opened a store in Bristol and they didn’t disappoint! The team were great, everyone I spoke to was friendly and did everything they could to help. A huge selection of clothing and great prices too. I can see myself spending a lot of time and money at this place. I bought a new leather jacket and I’ll be back for some new leather jeans soon.

Had my first in-person visit to the store today having been a long time user of the website and I am blown away by the quality of the service. Didn't get a great fitting helmet and jacket so Vincent went above and beyond to look for some that matched my needs and sizing requirements, very friendly, and nothing was too much hassle. What a great shop although the inner and outer ring road was a challenge on the day I went to the store! Park n ride next time lol. I didn't think it possible but the physical store is just as good, if not better, than the online one. Huge selection of stock- anything that isn't on the floor can be looked up using the tablets and ordered to be brought downstairs to try on! Every size and colour I wanted to try was available. First visit here today it’s a 90 mile round trip for me, it probably is the best shopping experience I have ever had, Joseph the salesman, well I say salesman he was more like friend. Fully professional and knew his stuff could not have been more helpful I will only deal with him or his brother I forget his name sorry. Going back in a few days to collect my helmet and try on a series of jackets they’ve ordered for me.
