Would highly recommend Mr Scooter! I had so e trouble with a previous garage who wouldn't take in my bike to do any warranty work on it. I found these guys on the Internet. I explained my situation and ti have to sya they were awesome! I arranged to have my bike collected by them, which they did that afternoon! They're customer service is next to none, especially after me nagging them on a weekly basis asking when my bike would be ready, due to the delay of the manufacturer. All in I would highly recommend these guys and I will not be taking my bike anywhere else.

Bought a lexmoto zsb and the staff were amazing. I only recently did my cbt so was still unfamiliar with bikes. I was talked through everything and all my questions answered. 1st time...Great bunch of people they know what they are doing. So helpful, friendly couldn't ask for anything better. Would recommend to anyone who needs anything for there bike or bike looked at, they can get whatever is needed + will go the extra bit for you. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. I had a problem with my bike, i got it to the pit stop + they had shutters down ready for home in not good weather. I explained what was wrong + they new what the problem was. Opened the shutter + came out with tools + sorted it soooo greatfull as im a user of my bike daily for work. They know there stuff very helpfull always there for you no matter how small or big the problem is with your bike. I promise you wouldnt want to take. Your bike anywhere else. Five star service today from the Pit Stop! I had a loose chain on my new bike and didn't have the right size socket to tighten it. One of the guys at the Pit Stop (I didn't catch his name) took my bike in and sorted it out last minute at the end of Saturday. Really friendly staff there too. I'll definitely be coming to Pit Stop for my services in the future!

My bike wouldn't restart due to a flat battery so ended up pushing it over half a mile when I stumbled on The Pit Stop, staff were really helpful and friendly and after a short wait they got my bike started and didn't want paying, really helpful as I been struggling to push bike this far. The rear suspension fully collapsed on my bike on a Friday afternoon and I could not even move it. By 7pm they had picked it up in their van, and by 4pm Monday it was ready to collect. It even cost £100 less than what I was originally expecting and the bike feels much safer. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Mike and John were incredible. I dropped my bike in for some advice on a noise it was making. Within seconds they came out and checked it over. They found a cracked disc brake, pads almost out and leaks. They advised me to get the AA to take me home if I didn't want it repaired by themselves as the machine was a death trap. Having left it with them, what seemed like an enormous amount of repairs were completed in less than a couple of days (having not given them any warning in advance) They went through each of the costs with me, advised me about getting second hand stuff instead of new (which I didn't end up doing) and kept the labour rates / prices of items to a minimum. I have been struggling to find a decent motorbike mechanic in Cardiff, but thankfully I have just landed on one. They are great people, honest and friendly. 100% will use again.

My scooter was stolen and subsequently damaged to the point of not working and with severe body damage. After first getting in touch with Mark he was noticeably easy to talk to and contact. Throughout the whole process he was friendly and when asked for updates was always available to help. I would recommend his services to anyone that needs them. I was having my tyres fitted from the place next door, when I called into the takeaway cafe at this establishment, the food served here is the best when it comes to catering trailers around Cardiff, the bacon was melt in the mouth, and the homemade burgers were outstanding, full credit to this owner, everything is freshly prepared and cooked, which is how it should be, even down to the bread, anyone looking for a nice tasty snack should visit here as you won't be disappointed, there is not another catering trailer like this anywhere, this is the burger van/catering trailer defined, don't take my word, just go and try and see for yourself....
