Rang Durham Bikes on Thursday afternoon 20/08/2020 about a front sprocket after being told by other shops they would after order it and it would be the middle of the following week for delivery, to be told by Charlotte at Durham Bikes they could supply by 3.30pm next day. Kept well informed by phone and true to there word the part a JT SPROCKET in my opinion the best you can get was there at a really good price. Won't be going anywhere but Durham Bikes in the future. THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND GOOD LUCK

Went with my nephew to get some new bike gear as he just passed his cbt. Good choice of items and plenty of bikes to drool over. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Parking can be difficult, but if you turn up on a bike you will have no problems. Will be returning in future!

Just returned to biking after 14 years. Bit unsure of where to buy a bike from. Went to Durham bikes and so glad I did could not of bought a bike of a more helpful and professional set of people. They now have a customer for life. Give them.a fry for yourself. I’m glad I did.

Cracking little shop got my bike mot done there today failed due to change in legislation but lads explained what needed to be done to correct issue short notice booking too as I only discovered it today. The place offers servicing repairs MOT bike sales and parts. Can't believe I didn't know about this little gem before will definately be using them again.
