Ordering and taking delivery of a new Ferrari from Graypaul has been a fantastic experience. All dealings with the Graypaul sales, technical and customer relations teams have been exemplary throughout. However, I should also mention the high level of "customer involvement" experienced with Graypaul, in the form of test drive days, presentations and drive days out which which have made Ferrari ownership more of an overall experience with the brand rather than just the purchase of a car. I certainly have no hesitation in giving Graypaul my highest recommendation.....

Good evening, I just wanted to reach out to say my 8yr old son went to visit the ferrari store in Edinburgh to look at the cars and sit inside them. this was incredibe for him as he is dyslexic and its has dream to own one when older. the girl there was incredibe with him

What happened is a nice lady named Lauren Kettle came up to me and said go ahead and take all the pictures you want, also she gave me a couple of Ferrari umbrellas and Ferrari pins and even let me sit in a Ferrari. I went bk to Ferrari showrooms at Fort kinnard yesterday morning an afternoon to take pictures of these lovely cars there an they were fantastic cars i was going to cry because i can't drive at all i just take pictures of these cars in showrooms that's what i telling this guy that works there what beautiful cars to look at this place, i was looking for a pen with ur logo on it or a keyring with Ferrari logo its for a special friend of mind's she really into these cars, if you don't mind.

My Portofino went in for its first MOT, annual service and for a potenital paint bubble to be dealt with under warranty. The warranty claim was dealt with very quickly with an excellent paint job done. The MOT and service went through very quickly thereafter. All very efficient and I was kept in touch throughout.

My 14 year old son (who is car mad) came into the branch today with a friend and asked a member of staff if they'd mind if he took a few photos of the cars. The staff were so accommodating ( despite it being abundantly clear that there wouldn't be any kind of sale. The staff were happy to let the boys look around and take some pictures. A female member of staff even offered to talk him through all the bits about one of the cars that he didn't know much about. Absolutely made his day. The staff could easily have just asked them to leave, but instead, they were so kind and took the time to engage with them. May not seem like a lot to some people but teens are so often dismissed as trouble makers but they were allowed to take an interest in the cars and just enjoy looking around. Please pass on my thanks to your staff for treating the kids like human beings and not making the assumption that they were there to cause trouble. I really appreciate it. My son is also very grateful and really enjoyed looking around.

My Portofino went in for its annual service and because it had a suspension control system failure. I got the car back 4 weeks later. Graypaul Ferrari Edinburgh's technicians correctly diagnosed the cause as the ECU, but the factory disagreed and despatched a new shock absorber - by road. When it eventually arrived, it was not the solution. Hats off to the technicians who then tried an ECU from another car, which confirmed that was the problem. A new ECU was sent from the factory, but ended up in the United States of America! Another ECU was then sent and the problem fixed!!. I was kept in touch all the way through. So 5 stars to Graypaul Ferrari Edinburgh, but zero stars to the factory.

After visiting Graypaul Ferrari Edinburgh, I felt it necessary to share my experience. From the minute I walked into the fabulous new showroom I was given a 5 star experience. From being shown to the customer lounge, given coffee and biscuits, then spent close to 3 hours going over various option, I could not have been cared for any better. I was truley made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The sales team answered all my questions with ease and professionalism, and with such a "can do" attitude. I can't remember the last time I was catered for in such a way that has left me feeling a such desire to return. With such a wide variety of choice, service like this is so important....

My thanks to Richard Gargaro at Graypaul Ferrari in Edinburgh. I have a keen interest in Ferrari even though I may never own one. I have always wanted to have a Ferrari experience and after contact was made before we went on holidays I was given the chance by Richard at the Graypaul Ferrari Showroom in Edinburgh. They made us feel at home and the tour of the showroom afterwards was amazing. The staff we met from the front to the back were very nice and friendly. I was given a run down of the Ferrari cars and all my questions were answered. Sitting in the front seat hearing THAT magic sound as we drove around the area will remain with me as pure excitement and a dream come true. I was able to have many photos taken andwill post some when time allows. Thank you to Richard and his team for giving me a great day. As for ever actually owning a Ferrari? Maybe one day. My wife and I visited Graypaul in mid-January and were looked after impeccably by Mr Gargaro. The hospitality, warmth and information we received were second to none. We are in the process of considering a new family car and were encouraged to drive the Masserati Levante for a couple of hours, the experience was great and we will certainly be back in touch with Mr Gargaro once our current agreement expires.
