New management makes all the difference, I suggest to all my friends to visit the store. In my opinion Julio is the best mechanic in London, he was the only one I trusted to service my MT09 I feel like this shop does great work, and they are trustworthy. Heitor’s customer service skills are exemplary. He is very respectful, and takes the time to explain what needs to be done. Thank you!

This shop is the best shop I have ever experienced. mechanic went so far out of his way to make sure I was extremely happy with the job he provided. He stands by his work, very informative & will not let you leave unhappy. He fixed my GSXR 750 and it currently runs like a brand new bike.

Great service and so helpful. Rang up as bike brakes didn't feel right. They said pop In tomorrow morning and we will take a look. So I turned up at 9am. They took it in the back, found the issue and showed me. They then fixed it for free and charged me nothing. Out of the shop in 20 minutes. Can't recommend highly enough.
