Can't recommend these guys enough. I just called up regarding the purchase of some new tyres and albeit there was no stock, Matt was extremely helpful with other options and gave tips and setup advice if I change to a different tyre. Definitely a company who care about customer service and truly went above and beyond.

FWR Ltd is THE ONE and ONLY place that I really trust when it comes to my pride and beauty. The customer service is above and beyond! Bob and the Team are just AMAZING. The help and support they given me means a lot. Any other place would rip you off the money and do a shi**** job . I had an unusual noise coming out of my clutch so left the bike at FWR for an inspection. It turned out to be a big job that involved importing parts from USA as unfortunately UK doesn't have them in stock. That took some time so Thank you Guys for being patient :) The bike sounds and runs BEAUTIFUL ! Feels like it has got more horse power now :) What's more - when my bike was stolen, I got it back within less then an hour thanks to FWR Team who installed the BIKE TRAC on my bike - You hidden it very well Guys . I had a pair of new tyres fitted and had the coolant drained flushed and refilled. Because of the coolant change I was able to drop the bike off the day before so it could be worked on with a cold engine. The work was carried out and the bike was ready for me to collect by early afternoon. I'm very pleased with the work done and the price was in line with what I'd expected. The staff member (Rob I think) was very helpful and kept me advised of progress. Another advantage of going here for me is that Vauxhall station is only a 15 minute walk away and so getting home and back to collect the bike was relatively straight forward and fairly quick too. This is my second visit to FWR, and I'll certainly be using them again in future.

Can’t recommend this shop highly enough. I bought some tyres on line for my Fazer at a great price, got the confirmation email and thought that was me done, a happy customer. The following day my phone was off (on a course) and when I got home I checked my emails to find an email from the shop explaining they’d been trying to ring me all day. The tyres I’d ordered were not available so they had to substitute them with with a better tyre than I’d ordered and they hoped this was alright ? All for the original price ! Needless to say I was very happy as it would have been so easy to just cancel my order, send an email and let me start again. And this is an online order, not face to face, not a long standing regular customer. It’s my first time with them but it certainly won’t be last. (Posted on my Mrs’s account)

Absolutely incredible level of customer care and service!!!!!!! Matt is extremely experienced rider/mechanic at the same time, down to earth and funny. he advised me on a new pair of tyres for my GSX-S 750 and boy are did he give me some solid advise the Michelin power 5's stick to the road like glue! He Applied a £20 discount as they had made a mistake about the cost... even after i instead to pay full price for the tyre... matt rejected and then proceeded to clean, tighten and lube my chain free of charge! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get any work done on their bike and i would NEVER USE ANOTHER GARAGE AGAIN!!! Thanks George

Good service, not bad on prices. I would recommend them. I use them when I'm away from home in their area. To be honest I even travel miles from my home to use their services as they can often be cheaper than my favourite local bike shop. The thing I love about this shop is they correct minor faults such as loose chains when that's not the job your paying them to do; they did that for me anyway . I also noticed after they fitted my tyre, the fitter took the time to clean up my wheel. Now I have never seen a bike or car shop even bother to do that. FWR handle your bike as if it was their own. I love this shop for that. I visited FWR yet again due to a slow puncture in my rear bike tyre. I don't go there often. I have amended my review accordingly. I have now given them 5 ✨ moving up from a previous 4 ✨. Excellent prices, excellent customer service. There are not enough stars on this system to give them. I highly recommend them. I travelled about 18 - 20 miles approximately to visit FWR. FWR won't rip you off in my opinion .They give their honest opinion regarding your tyres and only charge what is necessary. No need to book just pop in and wait. The most important thing is they have the most up to date tyres in stock. Well done to these guys.

Rolled up a few hours and later and within a couple of minutes my bike was on the lift and I was given a host of options for my tyre selection and was guided through the process. I have used their service for many years now. They are not the cheapest, but definetly good price for quality, you can rest assured they will do a proper job. Today I came for a rear tyre puncture. I visited my local mechanic but the type of repair they do wasn't going to be safe for the puncture I had as it was a little too lateral, they suggested I went to another. I turned up at FWR, I was seen within 10 min, waited 15 minutes and drove off. Cost £24. Very happy with it.

Thw best place to get your bike tyres. Fit while you wait. Best prices around. Knowledgable staff. The only bad thing is that there is some times a very long wait time for a wait and fit service due to being so popular. But if you want a good price for a quality tyre some thing has to suffer. Telephone call backs also dont tend to happen due to how busy they get. Qhich is too busy. I don't tend to use any where else.

Have used F.W.R's services on two occasions and overall have been very pleased with the work. The first time, I needed a rear tyre replaced on a Honda Silverwing, which took about 45 minutes and cost about £80 altogether. Second time I had a screw in the rear tyre of my Honda NC750, which they had patched up in 30 minutes for £27.50. The only gripe is that on the first occasion, they neglected to replace the valve, which meant I had to return a few days later when I realised it was leaking. Other than that, good service, good prices, will return for all future tyre needs.

Now I have seen a few 1 star and 2 star reviews on here, and I really don’t get it!? I have been getting tyres from these guys for 5-6 years now and have never got anything but 5 star services... I have had my bike recovered to them before for a fault and also get my chain and breaks changed here again great service... they are quick and professional... there machanics are very good and go above and beyond... gosh I went in for a break pad change on my CB1R, as they where feeling rubbery, and they called me in the back, said the pads are fine and just needed a clean and re greasing on the rubbers. It would have been very easy to just change them and charge me but they didn’t, actually they barely asked for anything... worked on the bike for 45mins and then only asked I come back for tyres when I need them and £20. They are great, granted if you don’t get their humour you might think they are taking the piss but they aren’t, they are just all biker with a south London sense on humour.

The best bike mechanics I have used in London by a long margin. The guys at FWR are seriously knowledgeable and there haven't been a case when they didn't help me out even when I showed up without a booking. The best thing about them is the level of aftercare - after fitting a £50 steering head bearing, they took the bike in twice for adjustments free of charge. It is the only workshop where I am 100% confident that I am getting the best bang for my buck.

Turned up bright and early on a Saturday to get a fresh pair of tyres. Thought I'd risk it rather than call and turn up later in the day. Wanted a pair of Michelin Pilot Road 4's, however was told to get Michelin Road 5's for the same price, with a cash back. Having phoned many different motorcycle tyre shops across Essex, I called FWR for a quote on a set of Pirelli Rosso Corsa 2’s. They were £60 cheaper than anyone else so I rode 40 miles each way to get them fitted. Staff were very friendly and they had both fitted in around half an hour or so. They also informed me that Pirelli were currently running an offer were you can claim £30 back, so I’m well pleased. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I went to these guys in a bad mood after being over-charged and insulted by a certain organisation manned by morons down the road who go by the name of Chazbikes. FWR changed a tire on the spot, did a weld for £10, did a couple of small things for free, sorted my bike out and put me back in a decent mood - top blokes! The workshop is clean, the guys (unlike Chazbikes) don't look like convicts, they were fair and professional. The only thing I'd say about them is that from the outside they look like they only do tires when they're pretty much full service mechanics.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. After years of going down the road to Chasbikes (where I had no end of problems) I finally made the switch to FWR . What a sensible decision it seems to have been. I went in with my throttle stuck and my clutch switch broken (I suspected it had been broken by Chasbikes as it stopped working when they repaired my bike last). When I went to collect the bike they wouldn't take any money from me because it hadn't taken much time to fix. I doubt there are many - if any - mechanics that would be that honest. They also told me that the clutch switch had been bent (obviously by Chasbikes). So if you are weighing up which to go to then its a very easy decision. FWR all the way! A++++++
