I was blown away by the customer service from Will at Motoden Honda. I was actually planning to get an electric moped but thought I'd just check what was going at this shop when I was passing. The customer service from Will is the reason I decided to scrap the electric bike plan and go for a Honda (110cc Vision). Will made me feel so comfortable (it was my first buy). He talked me through everything, he was really honest and wasn't at all "salesy". He stayed back after hours on several nights and even at the weekend to help with the sale (I work long hours in a school so was struggling to make it to the shop during opening hours). After I'd bought the bike he even offered to ride beside me on my way home and sent me a quick message to check I'd got back safely. Can't sing his praises loud enough. I am absolutely delighted with my bike and will be back to Motoden for services etc.

Recently bought a new Honda NC 750x. Excellent bike, by the way. Was ably helped in this choice by Sean Taylor and other staff at Motoden but especially Sean. Recognising that (even after riding bikes for over fifteen years) I am not a bike aficionado, a 'biker', or someone who knows much other than getting around on them, Sean patiently explained the bike to me. Before that, I was offered a test run on a CB500x and almost bought it but on a whim asked to take the NC750x out for a quick trip round the block. No trouble. Sean immediately deduced that I was happier on the second of the bikes. No hard sale, just pure psychology. Since then, Sean sorted out a new bolt on my gear lever (some idiot had nicked mine) for free and did it immediately. This is, by any stretch, excellent service! Sean actually listens to you, offers good advice but always leaves decisions in your own hands. Unlike many bike shops, this is something different.

After getting a dud deal from an independent dealer on a secondhand Forza 125, I contacted Motoden Honda and they couldn't have been more professional and helpful in helping me get onto a new model with a better deal. Sean in-particular. Picking my new bike up on Wednesday. 5* customer service, couldn't recommend enough. Stick with approved Honda dealers as these guys will sort you out nicely. UPDATE: Aftercare since buying the bike has been top notch with Sean checking in on several occasions to ensure I'm getting on well and enjoying the ride. Couldn't recommend more 10/10.

Very helpful, friendly and trustworthy staff. Took my 2008 Piaggio here when another shop failed to correctly repair it. I called and book an appointment, and they are ready to work on it when I arrived. They fixed my scooter that would not start and explained to me what had occurred. They also did my MOT. Labour for the repairs was expensive, but I have not had a single issue since. Well worth the money.

Was recommended to go here by the guy who gave me a lesson on my first manual bike and so visited a couple of days later to buy a manual 125. I've made research and been looking for a good dealer to go with getting my first bike, gear and services after. They've got great choice from brand new ones as well as some second handed, it is great to try them out there in place, see if they fit your style and expectations. Guys downstairs (gear shop) are really friendly and helpful to explain specifics and reasons for different prices across all products, they do not try to sell you specific brand or thing, but will let you to choose by providing all necessary information to you, which is really helpful! Lee has dealt with process of me getting my first bike from day one, and he was really helpful and provided all necessary information I required for full transparency of the costs and processes, as well he tried really hard to help me out with papers and verification by Honda headquarters. They do service as well, which is great! Convenient location with bikes parking beside, friendly and helpful staff, good quality of service, great place to get your bike from!

I cannot say enough nice words about Motoden. They completely saved the day when my PS125 had issues. I bought my PS125 used from a different company. Six weeks after I bought the bike I brought it to be serviced at Motoden. Turns out, the bike that I had bought was faulty with extreme dangerous wear and tear and the garage that I purchased the bike from declined to take any responsibility. As a student, the bill I was faced with shortly after purchasing the bike was enough to make me cry! Motoden saved the day. It took a few days for me to try to sort out the warranty and speak with the other garage, but Motoden stored my bike while I attempted to sort the problem. When the garage declined all responsibility, Motoden helped me to sort my bill so that it was far more manageable. I am so grateful to know a company like Motoden as they were extremely supportive throughout this awful process and without them I probably would have thrown by scooter away! I wish that I had bought a new bike from them. All of the staff are always customer focused and knowledgeable. I could not be more appreciative to have a company like Motoden on my side. They have gone above and beyond with helping me address an issue that was another garage's fault. If you are considering buying a bike or getting work done, I highly recommend Motoden. Just bought my nc750x and Marcus was great, actually all the guys in the shop were friendly professional and not in your face trying to sell you something. A couple months ago Rob let me test drive the vfr 800 crossrunner but had to bail from buying the bike due to unforeseen circumstances. I was never pestered afterwards from them to buy the bike like some dealers do. I knew when the time came to get another bike I would definitely come back to Motoden Honda. I have been waiting get my first motorbike for a while and I must admit that the prospect of a substantial purchase can seem pretty daunting. I have visited a few retailers before I came through the doors at Motorden in Shoreditch. At other retailers I've received a cold impersonal service which mainly consisted of someone handing me a brochure and a card as a response to my questions practically sending me away and return later with my card and a decision. At Motorden I was treated differently. From the start I was received in a friendly manner and was supported with meaningful answers to my questions which made it easier for me to make informed decisions based on my needs and level of experience riding. They were quickly to sort out all the paperwork and the details of the finance need for the purchase explaining clearly what all the financial and legal jargon meant in good plain English. Two years down the line I am onto my second purchase with them and the high quality service remains at the highest standards. I was treated with the same disposition and friendliness as before. They also have a great shop downstairs that have all the accessories you can wish for and a professional servicing team that I trust to carry out all necessary tests and maintenance in a timely efficient manner. Every time I have a question or issue they are always at the ready to help. If you ever felt intimidated by the whole prospect of getting a bike I can recommend this great team to take the hassle out of the equation and boost the excitement when purchasing or servicing your machine.

I bought a brand new scooter from Motoden. They gave me my bike one day sooner than I was told. I have to say that the bike was in perfect condition and the service was good until that moment. The problem was when I wanted to do a full service and fit a GPS Tracker: I never received full info about the Gps tracker system (which brand they were using) therefore, I couldn't visit another dealer to fit it quickly in case they last too long. They just told me the price and they didn't tell me any features about this system (just that with this system i receive a sms in case of theft and the system call the police). I kept waiting long time to get an appointment and never received a call from the dealer to do it. Unluckily, my bike was stolen with assault days after and no recovered. As a somebody who had taken their CBT the same day they went to buy a bike, with no knowledge of anything about bikes, I found Rob very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. This put me at ease. He gave me extensive advice on the collection day. Rob talked me through everything that I needed to know about the bike I had purchased. One guy even went the extra mile to advise me on the best fitting helmet for head shape and needs. He continued and was willing to answer questions via email after the sale. Everything was very organised when i went to collect the bike, from paperwork to the gear that i had purchased. They were willing and even suggested leaving the gear I bought in the shop to collect at the same time as the bike as I was travelling by bus. All in all I am fully satisfied with the service they provided and still feel comfortable contacting Rob weeks later for advice and he also shows an interest in how i'm progressing with developing my riding skills.

I'm pretty new to riding motorbikes and I found a lot of places not that welcoming to newbies, however motoden have always been up front and given good advice. I bought my training 125cc bike from there two years ago, did all of my training with them which was of a really high quality, then after getting my first big bike elsewhere I went back this year to exchange my old bike for a new Honda. There were some issues with the purchase, due to Honda not releasing new stock for a week, but they kept me informed on the delay and it all remained professional and well managed. Lee handled my sale, he's been in contact since to make sure everything is OK and that the bike is behaving which (touch wood) it has. He's an easy guy to get along with and arranged the test drive, valuation of my old bike and registration of the new bike in a really efficient hassle free way. They've also got a great range of accessories down stairs. I have bought things from websites which tend to be a bit cheaper, but I've always been disappointed. At motoden you benefit from the advice of the people in the store and the fact that they just seem to stock quality goods. They make riding a motorbike a really easy thing to enjoy. Update: A few days after I picked up a new bike I got a puncture from a nail. As it was in the side of the tyre it couldn't be plugged, they gave me an 'unlucky' discount on a new tyre and a loan bike while they fitted the tyre. Really great service.

Being a new owner rider of a Honda PES125, and recently new to the area and far from the shop that I purchased my bike, I found myself in need of some assistance on a very wet and windy day. I drove past Motoden on the Kingsland Road and pulled in. I was met by a very cheery man on the reception desk, his name was Rob, I always feel slightly on the back foot when I am taking my car/bike to the garage/shop being that they are generally male dominated places and I mostly don't know what I am talking about. So I was a little apprenshive, especially being that the showroom had loads of really big super bikes and I was poodling in with my scooter, I felt a little silly, but I was soaking wet. I went in to purchase, as I put it "a blanket thingy", Rob new exactly what I needed and after a joke or two despite being clearly rushed off his feet dealing with two other customers at once, he set about installing the "blanket thingy" to my bike. He didn't stop there, whilst encouraging me to be a responsible bike owner he showed me how I should check my oil, and water, something that I was never shown by the shop that sold me the bike. He continued with more helpful information, breaks need checking every so many miles etc, he really opened my eyes to what I can and should do to maintain my bike correctly. Of course I got the obligatory sale talk re servicing, but it wasn't given in a way that made me feel he was too pushy, no hard sell, very subtle but very affective. I would highly recommend any female bike owner, who lets have it right doesn't know a dipstick from a chopstick to go along to Motoden and ask for Rob. Oh and the "blanket thingy" is great, thanks Motoden, see you in a 1000 miles for my first service with you guys. Be safe!

Prior to my visit to Motoden I had spoken to Rob over the phone my first impression was very positive and I was very pleased that I had spoken to someone who was friendly and that had time to answer any of my questions.
