Reviews of Rosso Corse - Ducati Service Centre London

Great experience taking my bike to Marcus. It hadn't been started / serviced in a few years so took to the pros to get it serviced and ready for when spring comes around.
Marcus had the bike collected, fully serviced, cam belts, MOT the lot and returned to me.
Super easy to communicate with and know his stuff. Well deserved 5 stars!

Called Marcus in the morning, my Monster needed a full service after being laid up under Covid-19 lockdown. Marcus was kind enough to take care of it within just a few hours which was a massive help for me. Handy location for Central / East London. Bike was sharp to ride afterwards, and cleaned and polished too. Thanks a lot!

Rosso Corse is the best independent Ducati service workshop I know of in London and the surrounding areas. Honest advice and work at an extremely reasonable price, especially when compared to official Ducati dealers. Friendly, helpful, fairly priced and knowledgeable, what more do you need? Keep up the great work Rosso Corse 👍

Rosso Corse is the only place I'd leave my Duke.
Marcus has a passion, love and a deep understanding of all things Ducati.
His prices are reasonable for London.
He's a genuinely nice bloke, but most importantly of all is that I trust him with my Ducati, which in effect means I trust him with my life.

Brilliant Service. my 26 yr old Sp is still the boss of the road thanks to Marcus. He knows and understands the Marquee Brand Ducati

I got a good deal on second hand Hyperstrada after my last bike was stolen.. figured it'll all go electric soon so I got my first Ducati. I was worried about getting her serviced due to nightmare stories you hear. Nothing but good vibes at Rosso Corse. Trust in Marcus and all will go well. Thanks for the great service!

I am a returning customer now that I have another Ducati. Great to be able to drop and pick up your bike late as they close at 8pm ...Marcus has loads of experience on all ages of Ducati and can give no BS advice on what is best for your bike. All round good value and sound advice make paying the bill a pleasure..... Bonus being he is a lovely guy to talk to ! 100% Recommended!

Marcus has been taking care of my ducati for two years and I could not more highly recommend. Fair pricing and superb quality of work. You can quickly tell that Marcus runs a shop that is passionate about bikes. I always seems to have a great chat while I’m there too!

Been to Rosso Corse many times over the years.
Always been helpful, and sorted out my issues.
Marcus recently setup the CO on my monster S4RS and didn’t even charge me for it, which was fantastic!
A genuine guy with enthusiasm for his customers and has offered technical support over Facebook on more than 1 occasion.

Great place to service your bike. Went to Ray Pettys to get s quite for fitting some termi’s - was told its a full days work in the workshop haha, came to Marcus who was superhelpful and did it for a fraction of the cost and even faster than the initial estimate. Great service and good banter

Apart from swooning over the collection of Ducati's the gentleman was quite pleasant shall await a phone call sometime later

So happy with the service and entire experience dealing with Marcus! Finally found a trustworthy reasonably priced establishment. Will never take my bike anywhere else. I highly recommend using Rosso Corse.

I have to say that I'm quite disappointed. The work I'm guessing is fine, the information provided to the customer was very vague.
When first booking in my streetfighter 848 for its 7.5k service, I was quoted 300 for 6 hours work and 'possibly' around 100 pounds for parts.
I therefore believed I was looking at around 430-450 Max.
When I went to pick up the bike I was told the total is £577.
I was shocked by this and asked why it was so much. I was told by the mechanic that he failed to mention the VAT and that he usually mentions it. Also stated that he's not legally obliged to mention it.
Speaking on a Ducati owners forum, a lot of owners are questioning the cost, especially as no belts or brakes were changed. They also question why it took 6 hours to complete the service.
All that I can say is that the experience left me very disappointed and out of pocket. Next time I will shop around and get a fixed quote including VAT.
I don't like to leave bad Reviews but there was no offers of bringing the cost down neither.
Nice to look at the other Ducati's however.

Marcus is the real Ducati Doctor 👍 got ripped off for years before I went to him

Had an issue with my Ducati Monster 821 not starting and after visiting several other Ducati specialist garages with no luck, I eventually took it to Rosso Corse to do an annual service and it took Marcus less than an hour to detect and solve the problem.
I was really impressed with his knowledge, transparency and dedication and I will definitely take my bike in again if I ever have other issues and for my annual services.
He customises bikes too!

Lovely person and great professional. Besides the price is always cheaper than any other mechanic. Strongly recommend for everyone. Although my bike is a BMW, Marcus always help me immediately and for a very low cost. He is very honest, excellent professional and has a good heart.

Outstanding service. Dont take your bike anywhere else and ignore the negative feedback on here, its nothing to do with Marcus and relates to a dismissed employee. I have been coming to RC for many years and enjoy the assurance of a family run business that prides itself on reputation and expectational service. Every annual service is a total pleasure. My bike is always returned immaculately clean and running smoother and better than ever. Thank you Marcus, total gent.

I own a Ducati Evo Corse 848. Went there to service it and felt I got a brand new bike. Marcus' expertise is unique and is well served by his Ducati passion. His garage feels like a museum and I would not want another person to get their hands on my precious Ducati. :-)

I have been using Rosso Corse for many years now. I carry out allot of work myself as a qualified mechanic although downed tools for a living some 20 odd years ago, If I'm ever stuck or need works that I simply don't have the tools for Marcus is always there to help. What's great about this place is the friendly, honest service, and your always felt welcomed even on the odd occasion I pop in for a chat about bikes obviously.

First class. Excellent service. Best motorcycle mechanic I've found in London after 20 years struggling to find a mechanic I could trust, who takes the trouble to do a proper job. I took my SS which had been neglected for years and had deep seated problems. With patience and care they identified all the problems, and turned it into a super reliable machine. Always answer emails and telephone immediately, which is a rarity in itself. Expert knowledge and a genuine love for Ducati which shines through. Highly recommended.

I've been using Rosso Corse for years now. Friendly and informal atmosphere with yet always professional and top notch service.
Marcus always goes an extra mile to make sure your bike feels as it should and he knows his stuff. I can't recommend this place enough. It's one of the kind.

I can vouch for Rosso Corse especially regarding Multistrada's. Personable service, passionate and knowledgable. Marcus recommended Brian who recovered the bike and 24 hours after it completely died at the roadside the electrics were fixed and I was back on the road. I was impressed so took it back for the annual service. Bikes riding like new and at a fair price.

Outstanding service as usual. Marcus is a top bloke and really knows his stuff, honest and meticulous and the best value for money in London by far, others quote cheaper rates but add on to the final bill. Marcus doesn't give you the hard sell or try and manipulate you into spending your life savings like some independents, I will only ever go back to Rosso Corse. Expertise and honesty, cant recommend RC enough.

Perfect!! Great mechanic, great guy!
I needed some help getting through my ULEZ test. Marcus stopped what he was doing and changed what needed to be changed to get me though. He spent a lot of time on my bike and then didn't land up charging me for labour, only parts. Will definitely make this my garage of choice now.
Thank you for your help and service

Marcus is not only a top knowledge mechanic but also a fantastic person. My bikes being serviced by Rosso Corse for many years, can't be any happier with my choice. Well done Marcus.

My Ducati M750 had been off the road for a year with an electrical fault that other mechanics either wouldn't look at or did not know what was wrong. Took it to Marcus over at Rosso Corse on Wednesday afternoon. By Thursday evening it was fixed! He charged a reasonable price and recommended a MOT station to take it to. By Friday morning it was fully legal again and back on the road. Can't thank him enough for the friendly and professional service. When it comes to bikes like Ducatis it pays to go to someone with experience and the guys at Rosso Corse have that in bucket loads. Thanks again.

Definetly the most helpful and knowledgable mechanic I have ever used. I have owned Italian bikes for most of my adult life and I would say I am old school in my approach to maintainenance and repair. Marcus is extremely methodical and very honest. Italian bikes by the appeal in beauty are also challenging esp when dealing with overseas suppliers who are not always as speedy as we would like. Thanks Marcus and Fabio, great service as usual.

I purchased a used 2011 Ducati Hypermotard from a private sale 1 month ago and Rosso Corse is my local Ducati service mechanic. I dropped in today to say hi and get a feel for what they are like, as my Ducati will be due for a service in about 6 months. Ray was very helpful and more than happy to have a quick look at my bike and give his opinion of it's condition. He educated me on the best chain lube to use and offered to order some in for me. I am very happy with his level of knowledge and professionalism. So far my opinion of these guys is great, and will definitely be taking my Duke there for its service. Thanks again Ray.
