We had our MOT test done for our electric scooter imported from Germany and needed them to also adjust the speedometer with mph stickers to be compliant for UK roads. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO HAVE YOUR BIKE FIXED AND LOOKED AFTER, SEARCH NO LONGER!!! I'm not one to write reviews normally but in this case, I simply have to. I'm blown away by the high quality service and friendliness of these guys. I just had both my motorbikes checked for the MoT. Got an appointment right away, was greeted and treated with the utmost cheerfulness and respect. The work was done quickly and properly, the price is more than fair, and during the whole stay a very friendly atmosphere made me have a really good time. I was shown the workshop and exchanged some stories with the "boss", who is an avid biker himself. I will certainly be back. ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION!!!

Took my scooter for a MOT today. The guy who did it wasn't there when i arrived, so i left my contact details and bike with the other guy working there and left. It is close to westfiled shopping centre. After a while i got a call saying my MOT is done but the tire needed to be changed as it had cracks and would fail the test. I agreed and the installed a new front tire. Came back to collect it later, paid the guy and left. The staff was friendly and the service they delivered was professional. I would recommend their service. The location of the workshop is under the rail track as are several other car service centres.

I've always taken my bikes to another mechanic in North London for my MOT but they were fully booked for over a week so I cleverly used Google . First 4 places I called were fully booked. Then saw VIP. £29 MOT for £20, their Google map window screamed. Some people would think bargain! I thought bull***t and called the one below them. Who were fully booked. Overwhelmed with the desire to be doing anything else but this I called VIP who could do it the following morning. Ring ring went the alarm bells in my head. But having ridden for over 20 years knew they weren't gonna be able to find some "mysterious" problem with my bike and try and make money that way. Almost didn't bother going this morning, wasn't in the mood to have an argument about my head bearings being notchy or some other nonsense. But it's 32C and I wanted to ride. So armed with a hangover and the onset of tunnel vision from too much red bull, summoned my spiritual power animal, the cabbage and set off, conceivably obeying the speed limit. Arrived late. The fact that wasn't a problem for them made me instantly confused and uncomfortable. Firstly, the workplace isnt gonna win any beauty awards. No immaculate floors and matching uniforms. (Unlike those sophisticated artisans in places like Kwikfit) It looks exactly like it should. A mechanics garage. If you've ridden long enough one look is enough to know theyre legit. Feeling more confident now and not wanting to be waterboarded from the sweat in my helmet I gave them the keys and prepared myself for the mantatory conversation EVERY biker has when they wait. (It mostly revolves around pretending you know more about bikes than you actually do.) Within 2 mins of arriving, Hassan offered me a seat and told me the obligatory "it'll take 20 mins". I sat down and tried to not be self conscious about the apparent relocation of the iguazu falls to my forehead. To my absolute shock, it only took 20 mins, and in that time had a genuinely engaging conversation with him about religion, politics and general sociology. The best part? My bike sailed through the MOT and I was ONLY charged £20. I instantly got teary eyed reminiscing the lamentable days swiping left and right dreaming of a world where what you see online could actually be true. As a society, perhaps there is hope? So to summize, awesome people, incredible price, genuinely stellar place to get an MOT. Don't believe me? I'll see you there in exactly a year from today (this mot was 2 months late, so yeah, there's that) So to answer your final question, why didn't I just write that to begin with? Couldn't get my road tax sorted. The more pressing question. Why are you still reading this? Go get an MOT Ps under 4000 words, have some off that old alevel English teacher. Who will definitely never read this. I still win
