I bought a Hoodie online from J&S, which arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately is was too big, so I took a ride to Maidstone and exchanged it for one that fitted. The Guy serving at the Counter was great. Friendly and helpful, and I got the right size with no quibbles or hassle. The staff in general were really nice and had a laugh with them. The selection of Motorcycle gear makes J&S the place to go. Easy to find and loads of free parking. 5 Stars all round.

Went in to try on Alpinestar jackets for size guide. Sorted out my size but didn't have jacket I wanted in that size. Decent selection of stuff and it's local to me. Bought a pair of winter gloves and they're working well so far. I don't think the pricing is special but at least you can actually try stuff on before taking the plunge. They have a dedicated car park which is really handy too. I will go back again as and when I need more kit for my bike.

Today I visited J&S accessories in Maidstone Kent for the 1st time. A very large shop with a huge amount of stock to cater for all of your motorbike safety essentials. A massive range of jackets, trousers & boots to choose from plus everything else that you could think of. I obtained my new tractech evo 3 boots today of which I am extremely pleased with. I’ll be visiting again soon in the future. A very decent set up at Maidstone.

Went to Maidstone store to kit myself and the missus out. Mike approached us with a friendly smile and asked us what we needed. He started with the helmets first, then proceed to clothing. He and the whole team were on hand for any questions we had regarding the kit we wanted. We both walked out of the store with everything we needed and would definitely recommend going to there store for any motorcycle bits. Many thanks guys.

Only 3 stars rating, they could have had 5 star rating but the missing 2 stars due to poor customer service. Went there last week to buy a pair of Jeans, I have already checked on their website and compared different ones and made up my mind on which one to buy. It had hip and knee protectors as well as kevlar etc... Walked in looked around to find where the jeans section is found the pair i want and my size was available but no hip or knee protectors were there. All the other jeans of the same one smallar or bigger size had the protectors inserted but not my size. I called a member of staff and explained to him, his immediate reply was this one doesn't come with hip or knee protectors so i showed him the sizes before and after mine had them and on the website it said they are inculded . Oh ok i didn't know that! He went to the back of the store and came with the protectors, then he inserted them in the wrong way. The conclusion is employ more knowledgeable members of staff.

Had a minor issue with an item, no fault of theirs, and only realised this once labels were off and at home. Phoned them and they were happy to replace or give me a new one, and for the hassle also gave me 10% off my next visit.
