Bought my bike a couple of months ago, this is where I'm going to buy my next bike from as well! - The bike was exactly as described. - The process was easy, no-no sense and quick. - staff is polite and friendly. - when warranty is offered, they honor it. - prices are fair - communication is very good - a lot of bikes in very good condition to choose from This is all a customer wants to be happy. I never told them, but I have worked for a big multi-dealer in an other country for 7 years, and being a bike owner for many years, I've seen both sides. These guys are going the extra mile to make sure they have a happy customer. Thumbs up and 5 stars. Worth visiting and buying/investing your hard worked money. Enjoy!

Bish bash bosh - the best way to describe my experiance with DMC. Every time I tried to go and visit a bike it was already sold so I did something I haven’t ever done before and bought blind. DMC sent me a video walk around of the bike, they sent me the bank details, I paid and they sent me the bike. Was easy. The only thing that was different was the fact they said they would throw in the lock that was in the tank box but didn’t receive. But let’s not split hairs! Fantastic service. Friendly folks on the end of the phone. Definitely would buy from them again. Thanks ride DMC👍🏻

Recently moved to the area and decided it was time to get another bike after a long break with no wheels. Found Ride DMC online and a bike caught my eye, called up to enquire and was able to book a test ride same day. Arrived at the shop and the bike had already been set up, pre-test ridden and even a new front tire installed as “we weren’t entirely happy with it”. Details were taken quickly and I was given great directions for a hack on some local roads, came back grinning ear to ear as had forgotten just how much fun it was being on 2 wheels. Paperwork and payment were quick and easy and I rode it away the same day - one very happy customer. As a biker of 25 odd years I can honestly say this was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I’ve had - the longest point was calling the bl**dy insurance to get my cover activated. The team were great, friendly and really helpful and I even got chatting to a few regular customers who pointed me to a couple of local meets. Been riding the bike, FZS600, a month now and runs like a dream - would highly recommend Ride DMC to anyone looking for a good bike with great service and really friendly staff.

Bought a KTM 1090 Adventure R off them in November and wanted to see how the bike got on before I made a review. It’s running like a dream and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I rode a long way to buy off them after reading previous reviews. They gave me a great valuation on my part exchange and from start to finish the deal was easy. The bike had clearly been gone over with a fine tooth comb as all joints were lubed - even the side stand bolt! Great lads too. Couldn’t recommend more.

I'd seen a bike i really wanted from Ride DMC but was over 230miles away. I googled Dmc and read the reviews. Which really helped with my concerns and worries about buying online I then rang DMC who were more then helpful, i spoke to Glen who went out of his way to send over extra pictures and also even a video additional to the one on the website. I decided to put a deposit on the bike and buy it! The bike arrived better then described and I'm delighted. I've got to say thanks to everyone at ride DMC especially Glen. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another from them in the future! They took away all the stress and worry about getting the bike to me by organising a courier, smithy i had, who was a top bloke, kept me up to date on his arrival time for dropping the bike off and had it strapped down, wrapped up and more secure then I'd could imagine!! I bought a bmw r1200rt in September off these guys. Although I didn't end up putting my tiger in part ex in the end due to a last minute private buyer they did offer me a cracking offer on it .I've just had a slight fault with my bm wear 1 of the arms that operate the electric windshield as broken. I rang dmc to explain what happened an with no hesitation they offered me the money to get the problem solved back home as they are based 150 miles from me. Happy days. Would hyily recommend good selection of bikes at affordable price.

This is how buying a motorbike should be... Great communication with guys that really know what they're talking about and pride themselves on their service. They couldn't do enough for me and it ends with an immaculate bike, exactly what I wanted, serviced, valeted and most importantly piece of mind, knowing that I've made the right decision and bought a quality bike, they even messaged to make sure I'd got home ok. They kept hold of it for 3 months for me while I was waiting on an insurance payout after an accident on a very small deposit, who does that these days. I cannot recommend them enough. An old school shop with old school values, don't take the risk, if you're in the market for a new bike, buy Ride DMC.

Very happy with the service I received from DMC motorcycles. Bike was as described online, tidy and well looked after. It Was sold to me with a 3 mounth warranty which they stuck when I had a issue with bike. I Spoke to thy guys on the pohone, without hesitation they came and collected the bike and repaired it!
