Went here to look for a duel crash helmet and can’t fault the lady. She was really helpful. I was sweating like anything and she was so patient with me as just couldn’t decide what one I wanted. Ended up with the Scorpion Exo tech. Really lovely crash helmet. The lady gave good advice and was really lovely. So highly recommend going to infinity motorcycle Norwich for all you motorbike stuff and ask for Lydia. Thankyou again Lydia you were ace.

We visited the shop in Norwich this morning as my son is about to buy his first bike. The guys in there were super friendly and helpful. One of the first questions asked was the budget my son had in mind. At no point did they try and push him over this amount. The helmet he wanted wasn't available in his size in this store so they made a phone call to another branch and arranged to have it posted directly to us. One very happy young man now fully kitted out to start his motorcycling journey. Brilliant service. Thanks very much guys. Highly appreciated and recommended.

If you want someone knowledgable and to get a good fit go here. They have a great selection of premium brands and have gear to suit all budgets.

Arguably the best bike clothing shop in the northern hemisphere. They might not have every size/colour of every item but who does!? If they don’t have what you want you just have to ask and they order it in. The staff are absolutely incredibly knowledgeable about the stuff they are selling. Nothing is too much trouble. Reading through other reviews, COVID has been a challenging time for all retail. I feel Infinity Norwich have dealt incredibly well will it. Thankyou for all your help and you will continue to be the number one place to buy my attire from.

Great bike clothing shop with something for everyone. I bought a nice crash helmet from them and they were very helpful and honest. They are mostly focused in sports bike, but as a Scooterist I found them helpful and informed. A+++

Went into size up an AGV sport modular which although they didn't have that in my size we worked out what size I am and ordered one to be delivered to my home, so was very happy and was made aware that because I didn't size the exact model if I am unhappy I can return, exchange for another so pleased with the customer service and to top it off it was cheaper in store then online.

Had 3 crash helmets, 4 sets of gloves, one piece suit, 3 jackets 2 sets of trousers, plus plenty of other protective gear and bike accessories. Went in and knew what I wanted to buy. Spent 5 minutes at the counter and no staff in sight. Tried again the next day and all was ok. Usually a great service, just a shame about my first attempt. Overall a good selection of gear and actually almost the same price online for the item I was getting.

I have been to and purchased from Norwich numerous times over several years and the customer service, products and price have always been consistently excellent. Lydia and the all the staff are simply so helpful and great advice is given, if neeeded, by them. In my opinion, you will not find better customer service and if you haven’t already tried the Norwich store then you are missing out on great place to purchase motorcycle clothing, maintenance and accessories. Highly recommended.

Great service this morning! Didn't have my size of helmet so he tried round other local stockists of Spada to see if they had one. So I retried the large in and after some playing fitted a treat but both staff were fabulous! Really helpful people. And cheaper than other online stores I've seen including eBay!!! Brilliant.

went there to get all new gear from head to toe. served by a young lady called anna (so the receipt says!). she was very knowledgeable about every bit of gear and the differences between manufacturers and nothing was too much trouble. i think i spent about two hours in there. very happy with the prices and not much different from online. they're even delivering it all for free. a brilliant, friendly service, i can't recommend them enough and will definitely be buying from them again!! kudos infinity and thanks!!

It may be cheaper to get some items online but it's the service you get from them that makes the difference. I purchased a bike intercom today and they offer d to fit it to my helmet for free. You count get that online!
