Amazing service from Adam C as apparently there’s two Adams wasn’t Eve a lucky girl. Anyway guys where extremely helpful even found me some thinner cheek pads for my hamster style cheeks. Top class cannot fault them. Prices where excellent as well

Brilliant customer service. Decent pricing too. I had a small issue with an order (one of the inner soles on the boots I bought was an incorrect size, but was more a manufacturing error). Called the number on the site and got answered immediately. Friendly person on the end of the phone and issue dealt with very quickly. I also sent them an email which was responded to within a few minutes. If only other companies had the same customer service. The world would be a happier place.

I bought an Oxford Stormex cover through eBay from this company. After almost a year the seams protection started to come undone (saw another buyer had a similar issue). I contacted the seller without many hopes but they instantly offered to exchange the cover for a new one, they even paid for the return shipping. I am giving them 5 stars because of their excellent customer service, I would definitely buy from them again. The cover defect seems to be the manufacturer's fault not the seller. Keep up the good work!

I didn't know this existed until I was searching for a particular item and they came up in the results. As it is near to me I called them to check it was in stock and then went down there. Finding the place wasn't as easy as I had hoped but I managed it. It's clearly an online setup but if you ring an intercom they can buzz you in through a couple of doors and you're then into their 'warehouse.' Their prices were decent and the assistance when you get in is good so I'd be happy to use them again.

dear sir /madam your motorcycle cover is great and happy with it but i never recived a invoice or a garantee with the product when the pacage came i was out and my neibouer took it as i live in flats your Truly David Armstrong
