M. R.I have brought a few items from or Rixom Leather and feel they have given me top service, when we buy from some companies we know problems arise. The main thing is when a problem does arrive how the problem is dealt with? 99% what I have purchased from Rixom Leather on eBay as turned up no problems, but I ordered a coat and it took its time to come.
This was a problem beyond Rixom leather they give a time and I am sure 99% of their coats arive on time, but at the moment international deliveries can be held upto 14 days by the customs. One thing helped me while waiting for my coat is Rixom leather communications kept me in touch. So yes in my eyes this is a company well worth 5 stars and have been happy with all my items I have recievd from them.
They rang me one and the person I spoke to was very polite and concerned, they even gave me a small deduction because I had to wait. But please note a lot of large items being sent international some have quarentine time upto 14 days. I was patient and after recieving item was more then satisfied and service was 100%.
