I have an old Moto Guzzi V50 which needed a significant service and overhaul and having found his business on tinternet I took it to Gavin and he has done an outstanding job. He returned my call promptly and it was clear from the start that he is an expert in Italian motorcycles (I doubt there can many people in the country who know as much as he does about Guzzis). He came and collected my bike and was punctual, polite and explained clearly and patiently what he was going to do and what problems he might encounter. I couldn't believe the difference when I rode the bike home, it now runs like a dream. The invoice details ran to almost two pages with a huge amount of things checked and fixed all for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Gavin is a top bloke as well and I won't be taking my bikes anywhere else from now on - thanks a lot!!

Consistently superb service at Gavin's Motorcycle Hospital - totally knows his stuff and knows what can be done, what has to be done, what might need attention another time, and what is maybe not worth doing at all! ... I entirely trust him with my bikes because I know that he'll work on them as if it were him riding them away. Highly recommended - if your bike is not one he thinks he can do justice to, he'll be honest and tell you. Good old fashioned quality service.

Finding Gavin’s Bike Hospital has been the most fortuitous discovery. Every job Gavin has undertaken for my motorcycle has been worked with complete skill, meticulous attention to detail & as importantly – with honesty & care. I came across GBH by chance but have since driven out of my way to go back for any work that arises. I’ve even gone so far as approaching him for precursory jobs. Gavin’s clearly extensively experienced, a professional, but it is also his kindness & the care for what he does which makes me trust him with my riding future.
