I have just had a major oil leak on my way through Worcester ..called in to Ducati for help, even though i don't ride a Ducati.. I wanted to take this opportunity to post a really top review for Dorian and his team at Ducati Worcester. I got absolutely top level service from initial contact to taking delivery of my awesome bike. It looks like its been tough with reopening under the Coronavirus restrictions, but didn't stop me getting top level customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and I was guided through what I needed, as I am new back to owning a bike after a few years away. I didn't feel under any pressure to buy and was given lots of options carefully explained. I really did get a fantastic bike and kit. Such an enjoyable experience. Thanks Dorian, Chris and the team.

15/04/2021 Another service this time on the 950 multi .Professional , friendly , A1.Recommended Thanks to all especially Richard & Ellie. 10/09/2020 My experience of Ducati Worcester and the people who work their is A1 100% . No pushy selling or pressure to buy. I have had good advise from Dorian and continued to do so even after I bought a bike ( 950 MS ) privately . My 2017 1200s monster has just had the full ( desmo ) service. Chris does a very thorough costing prior to booking the bike in . For those of you uncertain what gets done and indeed how you would know what is done, John the technician /mechanic sends out a comprehensive video with advise and consultation of your bike during the procedure and a written report as well . A good experience, recommended without hesitation. Thank you all .

Great day out testing multistrada 950s thanks to ducati Worcester. Great people no rush no pushing to buy take bike just come back by end of day. Only down side it was just day 😪. But I be back thanks you ducati Worcester

I found everyone to be really helpful - no hard sales tricks. Left with a great used MTS 1200- very happy. Dorian spent as long with me as I needed answering every question I threw at him - and this AFTER I'd handed over my cash. Even since then he's been happy to respond to my emails and texts with questions on routine maintenance. I'd definitely recommend.

Kind of so-so really. When the guy at till doesn't know the price of the only electric scooter in the shop and wants you to talk to someone else about it, it just says "not my job so I'm not interested".

This new Ducati dealership was opened today (22/9/19) by Carl Fogarty. The displayed bikes and general appearance of the revamped showroom was stunning. Despite the poor weather, the shop was very busy in the morning. It was nice to see many older 748 and 996 bikes too.

After seeing that there was a new ducati store in worcester we decided to go and check it out. The staff are very friendly, coffee was offered made for us and tasted realy good after our trip from telford to worcester. The store is spaceious well laid out and clean , plenty to see and try from bikes to clothing and accessories . We purchased some ducati scrambler clothing and a new key fob for my 2018 1100 scrambler. Cheers guys and all the best.
