M&G just helped us move home, and I can't recommend them enough. Our move was a bit stressful and difficult to organise, but they played their part perfectly. No fuss, no problems, friendly communication throughout, and the guys who did the moving were friendly, professional and courteous. Everything went without a hitch - leaving me to worry about everything except getting our stuff from A to B. Having used two companies on the day, I can confirm you getbwhat you pay for - these guys are worth every penny.

Simply brilliant, from Matt who came out and gave us a quote to Andrew and Terry that did the actual moving. The service was excellent and the easiest part of the whole house move process. Far cheaper than I expected and well worth the money. Andrew and Terry treated all of our possessions with the utmost respect and worked incredibly hard. Great company.. can’t recommend them enough.

M & G had stored my personal belongings at their Stockfield Road, Birmingham, facility for nearly a year. Their team packaged up a considerable amount of items including delicate antique furniture and other items, 5 large crates in all, and arranged delivery to the Port of London and shipment to Charleston, South Carolina, USA. The items were of great personal importance to me and Donna (Thompson) was excellent from the start to safe delivery in the USA. She was amazing dealing with the complex paperwork etc. when involved in exporting goods to the USA and her regular correspondence with me was first class. Geoff and the team ensured every single one of the hundreds of items were individually wrapped to perfection to ensure that they would be safe in transit, which they all were. And the cost for this was amazing, I was so pleased with the value for money service provided. I can't thank them all enough and sent the below email to them thanking them for their excellent service. I can't recommend this company highly enough for all your short and long term storage needs, house and business moving and export of cargo abroad. "I just wanted to let you know I collected all five of my crates and have now got them in my garage to sort through (located in Charleston, South Carolina). They were all superbly packed and all undamaged. I have now unpacked all the cartons, the one with my antique clock inside and its arrived in perfect condition thanks to the excellent wrapping skills of your team. I have to say that I’m so impressed with the attention to detail and how well and carefully each of the items have been wrapped, totally blown away by the highest professional standards used on my personal and beloved belongings. Having dealt several times with M&G both on a personal, and commercial level, i have to say I've been nothing but grateful for their expertise and professionalism. What an absolutely wonderful experience I had yesterday with the guys from M&G, making the transition and move into my first home an enjoyable and smooth process. The guys arrived promptly at the requested time (They were in fact early), having had a phone call from the very polite Donna to let me know they were running a little early, 2 very polite gentleman arrived and asked me where and what needed to be moved. Both men began emptying my current property, making sure they did this with care and consideration, even with the boxes. Andy (The polite younger gentleman) was very considerate indeed as he tried to put down cardboard where possible so not to mark the floor/carpet only the way, I told him not to worry in the end as I had to clean the property after anyway as i am vacating shortly. M&G then sent over 2 more of their guys to help to speed up the process, making it as stress free environment as possible for me, at one point I in fact felt like a spare part! I was going to offer to help myself even...... :) I did not realise that part of the service was also dismantling my bed, being an iron bed with many screws that is now 15 years old the guys managed to get it apart (Just about) and very kindly informed me that the last people to put it together had broken one of the screws (This I witnessed not to be them as I saw them take it apart myself and informed me how this issue could be resolved to, 'Save' my bed in the future), very good service on their part, they did not have to inform me of this really. Once we were on our way to my new property I felt very at ease with these guys carrying out the process for me, I could not rate them highly enough for their care and consideration in what can be a very stressful environment. Upon entering the new property, the guys asked where everything needed to go and made sure it was put there and then tested that was how I wanted it and it didn't need to be moved and was stable in position. They also assembled the bed again and even plumbed in the washing machine for me, which in my opinion is going above and beyond for the customer (In particular for someone who has never plumbed a washing machine in before in her life it was a God send!). Thank You Mark and for informing me also that my waste pipe was coming lose too. I would just like to thank all of the guys who made what can sometimes turn into a very stressful scenario a calm and peaceful transition! I would recommend them very highly if you would like a caring and considerate team to move your house, after it all it's very precious to many and I really think they bear this in mind at all times! As for the previous reviews, I think you need to take a good look at what staff not helpful means and a poor service as this certainly was not that! Thank you very much M&G I will be recommending you to all of my family and friends who may move in the future and will shout your excellent customer service from the rooftops to anyone who will listen. Professional, customer-focused Company I've used multiple times, and glad I chose them. You can tell they're experienced & focused from how they actually move your items end-to-end. Great suggestions for packing fragile items, quality materials provided inc boxes, tape etc, protective sheets, straps in lorry to secure items etc. Movers removed shoes in new home, experts in taking apart furniture and placing back together (even better than it was before it was taken apart!). I used M&G for a full pack and move service last week. I have to say that the service I received was excellent. The guys packed all my possessions with great care and continued to keep me in the loop of what was going on. The delivery to my new home was equally as efficient and customer focussed. Nothing was too much trouble - including reassembling my bed and putting stuff in the loft for me. Everything was handled with care, very well wrapped & not a scratch on my walls despite some sizeable furniture to move about. If I move again I will certainly be using these guys, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Great job M&G, you took the stress out of my move so thank you.

The guys at M&G have been brilliant from the moment we contacted them to when we moved into our new house. Our items had to go into storage for a short while, the facilities at the unit are great. I’ve used these guys for 2 moves (into and out of storage) having been recommended by a friend who is an estate agent. Now I didn’t know most removal companies hire daily agency workers as muscle; this business employs all their team and boy you can tell the difference. I have NO hesitation recommending them for their professionism, value for money and approach to the customer. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The entire team are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really want to help you and are keen to survey your opinion after the move. Keep up the great work guys!

These guys have been totally awesome!!!! The facility at stockfield road is sublime, fresh,new,clean and everything you want when your storing your stuff (that might mean alot to you but maybe not to others!!!) . They have helped me with whatever i wanted and Donna in accounts has been an absolute professional. Cant fault these guys , i actually used 2 storage facility companies before these guys and i have to say they were the best and appreciated my custom. Cant fault them! I used these guys last week. Was a bit nervous about using a removals company as a lot of my equipment has sentimental value and cannot be replaced. These guys are absolutely fabulous. not only are they careful and polite, but also great value for money. Cost me a little over £400, but well worth it. Thank you!

when its the most stressful day in your life the lads from M+G where just fabulous. they are professional beyond belief , they make sure your relaxed and they give you every confidence, to know that all your precious things are in very safe hands . they were quite quick and it was all over with in hours . My sofa unfortunately didn't fit through the front door and they tried every trick in the book but to no prevail. they never stopped for a break and didn't moan once ( ive had other firms where all they do is moan and take a cigarette break every hour ). And although the sofa was too big to fit in they , then thank god took it back to their storage facility, which again reduced the stress of now having to find somewhere to store it. I can not RECCOMEND this company highly enough , they are 10/10 and made my day run with less stress as possible :)
