Very useful place. Rooms for self-storage of all sizes. Accessible 24/7. Prices are not cheap, but it is very safe, very clean and well kept. Staff are very nice, kind, and helpful.

24/7 access. Plenty of storage space, little bit pricey and only one lift for the entire place. Have had to resort to taking my items up 3 flights of stairs previously as the lift was broken for 2 days.

Very big place on 3 levels. A huge variety of spaces to fit most people needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities, toilets, parking, disabled access, trolleys to carry your goods, FLV on site, They can accept delivery for your unit on your behalf so you don't have to be there when your courier arrives just need to let them know that you are expecting delivery. 24h access is very useful as you are not affected /restricted by the opening time. CCTV in every corner so very good on safety. The prices are reasonable. The only downside from. my point of view is the fact that there's no electricity in the unit as a business you might require a printer for your eBay labels, or a light box to take your photos of the products so you could run your business entirely from the storage unit, apart from that everything is spot on. So far no complaints , easy to sign up, etreemly helpful and pleasant, place is very clean👌. After 2 weeks, lift was out and team helped to get things out of unit from 3rd floor and load van. 😀

Very helpful and well organised storage facility. Things were explained clearly and well in advance of my storage date. A little pricier than some of the other storage companies however the unit is very secure and clean / dry. Very happy I chose safestore to store my household items.

I rated this company a three star due to the behaviour of a member of staff on the 12/07/19. Om the day, I went in to close my contract with the company since i no longer required the service. Myself and sister met with Ammer, who is a sale assistant ast safestorage in Neetown. He proceeded to assist us, however, his attitude mannerisms plummet when my sister begin to complain about a couple of storage bags we purchase using a gift vouchers given at the beginning of our contract. He became extremely rude, condescending and unfriendly. We felt very unforgettable which we told Ammer that he need to address us properly and there was mo need for such poor behaviour. He proceeded to say that we did actually pay cash for the bags it was a voucher given to us; so basically he was implying why are we complaining. I interrupted and told him that he meeds to be a bit more polite and friendly and thrre is no need for such rude behaviour; he took no notice and added "that's your opinion" 😞😞. I am sorry we can't have people like these surving customer. He put a sour grape expetience to a very delightful service at the initial stage henforth why my rating is a three star.

The service provided by LEIGH & AMANDA is excellent, I have dealt with Leigh the past year or two and nothing is too much, always very friendly and extremely helpful - They are both superb members of staff and disappointed Leigh will be leaving soon. The only issue is where the wheelie bins are stored, this is a magnet for fly tipping as rubbish is simply slung over the wall. This area needs a roof, you have to trample over all kinds of soggy boxes and whose knows what else just to get to your bin. I wish Leigh all the best in his new role and look forward to dealing with Amanda

Not far from Birmingham new street railway station or the city centre or the grand station... bus 51, 33, 907 pass though that route if you don't drive , they have friendly workers becuz I store my ludgage once their.
