I was recommended Easymove by friends who had used them. From the very start, they were professional, honest, supportive and just amazing. Our house sale fell through on the day of moving and the ladies at the depot did their utmost to help the situation, to the point that they went far beyond what was expected with having the removal crew on standby and then doing everything they could to help with finding another date when the sale eventually went through. When the move finally did happen, the three gentlemen who helped us move provided constant entertainment in the way of humour and smiles despite the heatwave temperatures and moved us swiftly and without any issue. I would 100% recommend this firm. I am hard to please but I can confidently say I would use them again.

Having been asked to exchange and complete at very short notice, Easymove were so helpful in making it as easy as possible for me. Exchange was later than it should have been and so I couldn't confirm the move until late on a Friday which i thought was going to be too late, but they waited for my confirmation. First thing the next morning all the packing materials were ready. The guys that moved me were very professional, helpful and friendly. The company provides a very efficient service and I would highly recommend them. Thanks to all of the team.

From the initial quote to the unloading of the final box every step of the removal process was made easy thanks to their expertise and skill and their friendly approach - nothing was too much trouble. All went well. Only comment is that as my items were being stored on the lorry overnight, then delivered to a storage facility the next day which was too far away for me to attend, it would have been a nice touch to have received a call to say that everything went ok. Other than that, all good.

Really happy with Easymove. We booked them in to pack up the day before the move. There was a bit more stuff than expected so they returned the next day to finish up. The move itself was seamless, vans unloaded quickly and everything put where requested in the new place. The movers were friendly and efficient. All in all a great service - I can't recommend them enough.

Easymove Removals Staff were very good, really friendly and approachable and the packing service was very chilled which was just what we needed as we have not moved in over 43 years! We had a big move and nothing was too much trouble for them. I also found the admin staff very knowledgeable and approachable. I would like to make a suggestion that would help people in our situation who have not moved for sometime and are not used to what actually happens. The packing service was great but I just feel that if there was a 'help factsheet' provided on day one or even before by email this would make the process even smoother ie keeping a place for where you want to keep the items that you don't want packed until the last day, this could be something like your toaster, its not great eating bread and jam for breakfast........ The fact sheet could also contain useful information about what to expect from the 'team' and to provide for them. Mostly though I think it would really be helpful about what to expect on the last day of your move and timescales, If you are wanting to clean your property after rooms have been emptied timescales are important. We had the removal trucks of the people who were moving into our property parked in the road along with Easymove trucks which was not pleasant for the people living there to try and park or even use the road, knowing your rights would have been helpful in this situation. None of this was any fault of Easymove but would have made a difficult day less stressful. I would definitely recommend Easymove Removals who were really helpful all through this difficult process.

My move was quite complicated, because furniture and effects were going to two different places - one across Bristol and another to Devon. It included an old and very heavy piano, and a large collection of herbal medicine tinctures in glass bottles. I also had a great many plants and shrubs in pots. I used EasyMove ten years ago, when I moved from London to Bristol. I was very happy with them then, so it made sense to use them again. Sue in the office always handled queries promptly and was efficient and friendly. Colin came round to give a price, explained everything clearly and was very polite and respectful. Boxes and tape were brought in advance for me to pack the non-fragile items, then 2 days before the move, Wild came and packed up the fragile stuff. It was only when I unpacked it that I realised just how carefully and expertly he had done it, right down to carefully packing items that were broken, eg jug without handle etc. As requested, all the herbal medicines were packed according to alphabetical order and boxes labelled clearly, so it wasn’t too difficult to unpack and store. On the day, he came with two other colleagues, Mickey and Mike. They were all fantastic, took great care with my furniture and moved heavy, awkward items with ease. I actually escaped when they were moving and storing the piano because I didn’t want to look, but it arrived safe and sound and hasn’t gone out of tune at all! The plants were all moved carefully, and special cloths were put down on the carpet to keep it clean. Their great sense of humour really helped reduce the stress I was feeling, and they clearly worked very well together. When the main lorry was fully loaded it was a work of art! All the furniture was put exactly where I wanted it, and it was done so quickly. Thank you to all of you! How you did all of that, and indeed do it every day, without giving yourselves hernias or slipped discs is a mystery to me. Oh, and Wild and Mike came back and collected all the boxes & wrapping paper, it was great to see them again! Thank you very much to all of you👍👍👏👏

Easymove packed up my belongings in Bristol, stored them for nearly 4 years. The whole process was done quickly and professionally. During the time in storage, when I needed access to the containers, it was arranged well and the Easymove personnel assisted me. Recently (1 July 2021) I removed my belonging for shipping. Easymove assisted by allowing a shipping company in to pack (for shipping) and assisted in every way. It has been a pleasure dealing with Easymove over the 4 years. In all the time I felt that my belongings were safe and well looked after. My thanks go to Easymove and particularly Sue Cross, who was my contact. Completion on the property happened very late in the day, which was frustrating for all of us, but Jason, who led the removal team, kept in touch with us and, once we finally had the keys, ensured that all our furniture was positioned exactly where we wanted in the new property and that we were happy with everything before leaving.

Our total experience from initial discussions with Alison through to collection of all the empty boxes within 24hours of us unpacking them was perfect - you handled our situation with the utmost sensitivity coupled with absolute professionalism in packing treasured fragile possessions and emptying the house quickly efficiently and humorously! Upon arrival at the new flat you demonstrated awareness of other residents’ needs within the building whilst getting the vast amount of boxes off the lorry and into the new flat swiftly and painlessly even unpacking mums clothes and hanging them in her new wardrobes. Great service from the office all the way to the team that did the removals. Dealing with four flights of stairs and no lift on a hot day. No grumbling just got on with it and did it really quickly and professionally. Couldn’t recommend enough !

Used this firm x 2 previously for local moves within Bristol (last time in 2007) but it's subsequently changed ownership and our most recent experience (July 2017) wasn't so good. Packing arrangements were not as advised before booking (crew communication limited) and despite taking out insurance, the firm refused to refund the cost of a £25 teapot that they broke in the move. I'd be tempted to try Kwik Move next time if looking for a local firm ...
