Mark and his team assisted with our house move with less than a day's notice. They were brilliant throughout. Very friendly team. Great service. They made everything so easy, they did all the packing and dismantling and then all the reassembling at the other end. Worth every penny

Lovely Jubbly were awesome. They were the cheapest but that didn’t reflect in their service. They packed our belongings onto a van in 30+ degrees heat. They got on with it with no worries and we’re in good humour! They unloaded the next day in the blazing sun and the new house had 4 floors! They were wonderful. I can’t complain….. except for some of the jokes….. LJ took us from Bristol to Leeds.

We wanted some large furniture moving around our house. The team were very friendly and found solutions to all the challenges. We had to get a big sofa up a very narrow staircase which at one point didn't seem possible. They managed to create hoist system and pull it over the garden wall without any damage. I'd definitely use them again when we move house

We've always done house moves ourselves but with two young kids that wasn't going to be possible. I was very sceptical about using a company and we'd heard some horror stories. However, this isn't one of them. Mark the owner came to look at how much stuff we had and how many loads/vans/people we'd need, which was reassuring compared to others who quoted without knowing the size of the job. The quote came through quickly and was competitive. But what really makes them outstanding was the team and care they took with our things. We've now used them a second time to move into a rental whilst we have building work done and it was nice to see some of the team from our first move and they were just as careful with our possessions. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this firm enough, Steve and Cass moved us in 6 hours and were brilliant from start to finish. Proper nice guys, professional and made the whole day stress-free. Throughout the process from the initial phone call, the survey, confirming the quote, packing, all the way to unpacking at our new house Lovely Jubbly were amazing. We had a constantly moving date but they worked with us and were incredibly flexible to ensure that they were available for us when we got out completion date. Very happy with the service from start to finish. We booked them at quite short notice (1 week) and after the first phone call they came round on Friday late afternoon to do a house check and provide a quote. During the move they rolled out the red carpet literally so protect the carpets and helped disassemble our bed and office dest and put them back together in our new home. Highly recommended. Needed to move in a short space of time. They were quick in responding to my messages and we felt like they really went out there way to get us done in time. Mark and his team very generously moved my unwanted furniture to a refugee family locally free of charge as a charity gesture. In addition to some bedroom furniture there was a heavy dining room suite - table and chairs and a large wall unit with glass in the top half. They were very careful and efficient and they even re-assembled everything for the family at the other end. This was extremely kind. I would recommend them and hope to use them for my own removals.

Don't be fooled by the name, this is anything but a 'cowboy outfit'. First class service from start to finish with our move from Bristol (Clifton) to Monmouthshire (Usk). Used both the packing service and storage facility with everything arriving in one piece. Even took our unwanted furniture to donate to charity. Great to see this local business doing so well. Would thoroughly recommend them for anybody considering a move in or out of Bristol.

Mark and the team were excellent. They were friendly, professional, and seemed to care about the furniture and our possessions. I was astonished how they managed to fit our flat into the van, it was an amazing feat! The team were not set up for success, as I had contracted with another organisation who had not informed me they have sub-let the work and ‘lovely jubbly’ had not been given full instructions. However, they were professional and proactive, and found solutions and got relevant wardrobe boxes brought over. I would highly recommend them, and only wish I had engaged directly with them. Can’t recommend these guys enough. I had a 46 inch Samsung TV that needed delivering and they turned up on time, mark and hayley were both lovely. They had PPE measures in places which was lovely to see! Not only was the TV secured down in the van but it was also delivered in a fully padded TV bag to protect it. Can’t fault them! Will happily recommend to anybody. Thanks guys!
