The staff were helpful enough, but the lifts were both out of order. We were on the top floor, and finished up getting stuck in the lift for 20 minutes. There is only a narrow fire escape staircase, impossible to carry large items up it safely. Please rectify this soon.

Did the job with no problems. Friendly service and automatic refund via direct debit when I ended the contract halfway through the month. However it is a bit pricey after the first month and they try to push their own insurance product on you. You can get the insurance cheaper elsewhere.

Friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Inside is very clean, laid out clearly and a wide range of storage sizes available. Access to the loading bays can be a struggle sometimes (only three bays) but the rest of the car park is ample, so generally, there is no problem parking. There are also more than enough trolleys to assist loading/unloading. Access is a bit of a pain, right in the middle of town - it can get busy negotiating around it at weekends - but otherwise its simple to find - the huge yellow building is hard to miss! Access to your storage is extremely convenient - simply tap a pre-determined code into a control panel. I guess it could be handy if these visits were emailed to you, to prevent any unauthorised access, or confirm access times, but otherwise, the process is very easy. Repeat business is also very straightforward - from booking the storage requirements online and then paying in person, the storage was immediately available.

same as all big yellows I should think. Disabled friendly and accessible, dog friendly and accessible. Does what it says on the tin basically. This month collected same direct debit twice in a matter of days by mistake. Have apologised and promised to repay by yesterday plus any additional costs incurred when claimed. Good but lost a star for feebleness of explanation.
