Very helpful staff at Rutherglen and head office. Storage facility clean and feels safe. At busy times a second lift would be useful but most of the time one is fine. Good amount of Parking. Would use Safestore company again

When I went in to discuss my storage needs with the staff, they were more than helpful to accommodate. They shown me a couple of empty units they had so I could make a better decision on what was best to store my things. Paying for the storage was easy and straight forward as well. Very helpful and friendly staff. I was relocating from the South east of England and dealt with Charlene and Rhuraidh on the telephone and via e-mail. They were both fantastic and assisted me really well. They went above an beyond - providing contact information for others who could support me with my move - thanks for doing this. I collected my keys for the storage unit from the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. It has been a fantastic experience to day and would highly recommend this company and branch.

I didn't know it shut at 6pm I went down to pick up safety gear up out of my unit, because I had to go through to Haddington for 7.30am. A male employee had just drawn up and allowed me in. I was so grateful. I would not of made the job time. He was very helpful and pleasant. This happen on the Wednesday 6th of July at your store in Dalmarnock Road Rutherglen Glasgow.
