Absolutely excellent service. The team at Scot Removals were polite, professional and so hard working. They had our two-bed flat packed into the van in well under an hour. They used a special case to transport our mattress, protected our new carpets with coverings and every single item was delivered to the room we specified, and stacked neatly in it. Highly recommended services from Scot removals.I was very skeptical about them. Initially feeling like too good to be true. But after the move I was super happy. I was very happy with the removal guys and the removal itself. It went quickly and they emptied our 4 bed house very quickly and efficiently. The guys then unloaded the vans at our new address and we were all sorted for late afternoon. My only dissapointment was I got someone to come out to quote me the price as we had alot of things so I wanted them to see how much in person rather than estimating online. On the day we ended up needing another removal van and to pay more money. I feel a bit cheated with this as a quote is a quote and it was confirmed verbally and in writing. This added to the stress of moving unfortunately. edited* some damage was caused to our outdoor furniture. I sent pictures etc to be told this was used furniture and wouldn't be covered. so my question is what is covered as most peoples furniture is used? I am still awaiting a reply after being now ignored.

I had the very stressful job of moving my piano to its new home and Muhammad and James handle the job quickly, efficiently and with great care.
