What can I say, as myself and my partner had not moved for over 14 years, we have accrued a lot of "stuff" We looked through quite a few removal companies and decided on Royal Removals. This is the best decision made. When the guys arrived they did everything, padded the door put protection over our furniture and pictures, they were so caring and professional throughout,, and OMG, were they fast. I will definitely be using their company again. Plus, totally unexpected once moved in, a lovely lady popped by and gave us a really thoughtful gift.

From the moment Lewis made his first visit to assess our needs and talk us through the moving process, we were very impressed by his reassuring approach and cheerful manner. Nothing seemed too complicated for them, even though it had to us. The company was also very accommodating, as we had 3 potential moving dates, which they were able to keep open for us. Every time we phoned or emailed with enquiries or updates, staff dealt with us in the same reassuring and helpful way. The packing day and the actual moving day went incredibly smoothly. Everyone on the team was very friendly, good humoured, polite and worked hard throughout each day. We could not believe how much they achieved in such a relatively short time. The unloading also went well, despite the challenge of parking 3 vehicles and they were calm and efficient throughout, making sure we were happy with everything before they left. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Royal Removals very highly indeed.

Lewis and his team did a fantastic job of moving my 90-year-old parents from Gloucestershire to Oxford. Throughout the whole process they were friendly, courteous, professional and endlessly patient. Wow, what can I say. This company is lovely. They moved my mum, She’s never moved house before so it was very stressful for her. The removal guys were so professional, they had lovely padded covers for the furniture and bags for the pictures. They worked so hard and got the job done quicker than we expected.
