M. M.I have just started to use the storage facilities here and I couldn't ask for better service so far. I've spoke with José from the start and he's been absolutely fantastic in making sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to have free hire of the van on the original move date, but I asked if I could use it again a few days later to get the last lot, as it's a fair distance having to go back and forth and he was more than happy to help with that.
Considering there are quite a lot of customers in & out of there, he gets to know everyone that uses it. Top marks on customer service

R. M.Our first experience of storage was made a lot easier by the excellent service we received from Storage King - Gloucester. We found Jose and Sharon to be extremely helpful at all times, accomodating and willing to explain pricing professionally and simply. Both members of staff also took our [rather difficult during the pandemic] circumstances into consideration and went above and beyond to accomodate our storage needs accordingly. I would like to extend my gratitude to the Area Manager who also played a part in the excellent Customer Service shown to us. Cost of our units was very competitive when we were making comparisons. Privacy is built into the design of the building, access to the units was very secure and 24/7. Key-code entry and exit is also easy to understand and COVID-19 measures were adhered to (including hand gel and hand wash facilities) to help protect customers. I would highly recommend Storage King, Gloucester for all storage needs. Customer Service is first class and if Google allowed 10 star feedback, this is what my wife and I would have given. Thank you team!
B. L.I can highly recommend Gloucester Storage King. Jose was extremely helpful from the start of my home move preparations (my first time ever using storage and at 66 yrs young). I found the website easy to use and received immediate feedback from Jose to help & advise me of the actual unit space I needed. This saved me money and their pricing was already amazing value compared to other firms. Both the building & units are very clean and trolleys & lifts in excellent condition. I also took advantage of their van on day one, this was a great selling point and a definite bonus. I have no qualms in recommending Gloucester S. K. to anyone and have personally praised the firm to friends and family.
M.Fabulous facility. We were in need of a bit of storage for a few months whilst we get the house decorated so really just wanted somewhere to put our stuff. Instead we got excellent friendly service with the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble, plus a large storage unit at a great price. Bonus point for being round the corner from our house, too!

It was a bit congested with people when we arrived - must have been a busy time! But everything subsequently has been smooth sailing. Would recommend.
