We have used EMEL a number of time in the past 5 years. They are always a pleasure and easy to work with. Jason, the owner, is very accommodating. We have had a number of calls due to changes in our moves and Jason goes above and beyond to advise and support, I am not sure other companies would do this to the extent that Jason does?! he actually cares. I wouldn't use any other removals company and highly recommend EMEL.

A professional and friendly move from start to finish. Great care taken with everything. The lads worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble. There was a problem with the garage opening at the new house but it was sorted with a smile (and relief on my part). I would highly recommend Emel and would certainly use them for any future move.

I have used EMEL Removers twice now and can only thoroughly recommend them. Jason, the boss, is so obliging and helpful and the prices are very favourable. The guys that come to do the task are also very helpful and obliging and want to do a really good job. They are also nice guys! Gary from EMEL removals was incredible, extremely punctual, friendly and informative about everything that would be done throughout the morning we spent with him- our belongings turned up in the condition that they left the previous property in and he even worked through all the bad weather we had- Gary you are a star! All communication I had with EMEL removals prior to the move were efficient, friendly and made the process of setting up the removal very very easy! Would highly recommend and will definetly use again! :)

Emel did a removal for my neighbour and there was a couple of issues (witch I believe stemmed from misinformation by the neighbours) When I contacted Emel the owner was very apologetic explained what happened and offered to rectify the issues. Jason and his team have moved us a couple of times and have provided us with a fantastic service. Great value, very reliable and never had any issues. We completely trust the team and can leave the stress with them knowing everything is well looked after. Would 100% recommend them. I have never found a better value company elsewhere. When researching, I have known other companies that try to undercut to win business but always lack in areas that you can’t always see and they end up taking the mickey. Go EMEL.

We have used EMEL a few times now for house moves. Jason is always quick to respond to messages and goes out of his way to accommodate dates/needs, all for a very fair price. On moving day everyone involved are friendly, polite and respectful to the whole family. Also ensuring no damage is made to belonging or property and flooring. I have contacted a few companies to get a for my move. I must say that out of the quotes I recieved back, Emel Removals was by far the better one. Jason was very accommodating, friendly, polite and helpful from the initial phone call throughout the whole process. On the moving day 3 great friendly smiling chaps turned up with the 2 well presented, tidy clean Luton vans to carry out my move. They were well equipped with blankets, Ties, sofa covers, TV covers and mattress covers plenty off. The guys introduced themselves, gave me the plan of action, had a look around to see what my requirements where and then laid floor Protectors around my property to protect the property for the next tenants. The boys cracked on and had both vans fully loaded, well stacked securely in no time at all and then I was off to my new property. Once I recieved the keys the guys again put protective floor coverings down around the property, had a look round to see what rooms are what and where things where going. As soon this was done, they cracked on offloading and again in no time they had me in, items in the right place, box's in the relevant rooms stacked nicely so I could move around and unpack easy without having to climb over everything. At the end they double checked to make sure I was happy with everything and that i was happy with where everything was and if I had a change of mind they would be more then happy to relocate before they left. Great professional company, well worth the money, and I will always use emel removals and recommend them to my family and friends. 5 plus stars guys

After using a comparison site we received a number of quote. Most of which were fighting over prices and some how managed to constantly lower them to try and win our business even after we had asked for the best price. Jason supplied us one email and then left us to decide. They were the most expensive but by far the most professional! Our move was booked for late June but last minute issues meant that storage were required. Yet again a quick reply and price. Jason runs a tight ship of great guys. These are now my movers, you should make them yours.

Jason and co. helped me move out of Ipswich. Very good service and reasonable price. It's a business that cares about customers and not just the money. I had an agreement with Jason and after paying the deposit had a change of mind; spoke to Jason and although he didn't have to do me a favour (since deal was agreed and payment was made) he decided to help and be flexible - he offered me a better deal instead (and he didn't have to)! Danny and Darren (van guys) are very friendly too - they moved all the heavy furniture and boxes and dismantled and re-assembled beds and wardrobes when we arrived! Very nice and smooth experience!

Sorry it took a while to leave this review, but nothing but good things to say about the process. Good communications from the start and reasonable pricing (worth the money paid anyway) the two gentlemen who packed us up on the first day and moved us on day two were thoroughly pleasant, respectful of us and our property and worked hard on both days. Made our move the least stressful either of us has experienced and we'd use again as a first choice. Nice one chaps, best of luck in the future.

I moved yesterday from Bury St Edmunds to Leicester with EMEL removals. Jason (owner) organised this with only a days notice and the payment process was fast and simple. Unlike other removal companies, their quote included insurance as part of the price. I usually hire a van and help with the move, so it was nice to leave it in the hands of the professionals for once. Gary and Dave were calm, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to make a very stressful experience more manageable with humour (they even laughed at my terrible jokes!) I was able to go out for breakfast while they packed everything and labelled each box. They even dismantled a double bed, flat pack bookcases and computer desk with minimum hassle. Two mini 'crises' of being unable to fit part of a corner sofa through a doorway and a worn down/stuck valve of a washing machine cold water pipe were handled with minimum fuss. One of my neighbours was moving at the same time, a few doors down the street and Gary even showed her how to work the rear electric platform of the removal van that they had hired. When it was difficult to find the storage company in Leicester using sat nav, Gary called me on my mobile and was able to find it by phoning and calmly speaking to the owner, who then gave directions. Even after several hours of loading items and driving, the lads came to my family home and lifted a chest of drawers to a first floor bedroom. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you want a removal experience that is the very best.
